Andy Murray gave Piers Morgan a comical warning today as he text the Good Morning Britain presenter live on air to ask him to stop discussing his 'twig and giggle berries' on national TV

The two-time Wimbledon champion was left red faced yesterday after he unwittingly shared more than he intended by posting an X-ray of his hip on Instagram

The topic of the 31-year-old's penis was brought up on the popular ITV breakfast show in relation to the growing trend of hospital selfies, with Piers Morgan highlighting the tennis player's 'stick'

Joking about the picture that Murray had posted, Piers said:  'I think he revealed his X-ray picture which did actually reveal he had a massive stick

'He literally posted his X-ray and he forgot it covers a bit more of his body than he realised

And he put it up there and everyone was like, "wow".' Piers then revealed that Murray had contacted him live on air to apprehend him for discussing his penis live on the show

Piers added: 'We've got breaking news because somebody's been watching us this morning

Andy Murray's been watching, morning Andy.'He sent us a message. He said, "Please can you stop discussing my genitals on national TV, I was heavily medicated at the time of posting

"' However, Piers didn't stop there and pulled up a picture of the X-ray joking that the camera man wouldn't be able to zoom in too close as you would need a 'wider camera'

Yesterday Instagram users were quick to point out that the scan that Murray posted didn't not just show his bones - it revealed an image of his private parts too

One person wrote: 'Wonder if any one realised you could see @andy_murray twig and giggle berries on the hip replacement x ray

anyway andy murrary wish you a speedy recovery.' Another posted: 'Hey @andy_murray x rays don't just show bones my friend

No pun intended.please rethink your insta post.' Others were less discreet, with one writing: 'You can see the top of his d***!' The original post read: 'I underwent a hip resurfacing surgery in London yesterday morning…feeling a bit battered and bruised just now but hopefully that will be the end of my hip pain

' The Grand Slam champion was debating having the procedure, which involves putting a metal plate into the joint, in a final bid to prolong his career

He confessed to being in crippling pain as he struggled to stay in his last tournament in Melbourne

He had previously said ahead of the Australian Open earlier this month that he intended to retire after this year's Wimbledon

He now faces a race against time to be fit for the championships, which start at the All-England Club on July 1

Recovery from hip surgery takes around five months, giving him only a very slim chance of competing

Medical experts say the operation does not guarantee a full comeback. But it will allow Murray to live pain-free and it could open the door to him becoming a tennis coach after he retires

Murray was set for a farewell six months after emotionally announcing he was in too much pain to carry on in the build up to the first grand slam of the year

After losing to Roberto Bautista-Agut in the first round of the Australian Open, he said: 'Tonight was not comfortable in terms of my hip

At the end, I'm really struggling, I can't walk properly at all just now.'I could play another match, but if I want to try to play again, I want to improve my quality of life, because even if I take four months I still can't walk

I'm still in pain doing just basic day-to-day things.' But the monumental five-set tussle showed the Scot still has the ability and desire to compete at the top level, and he said he would do everything he could to keep playing

Having the surgery, which happened in London on Monday, means he might not be fit to take part in Wimbledon this summer, where he had planned to say goodbye to the sport

And if it does not allow him to return to the court, he will have played the last game of his glittering career

In the lead up to his operation, he was in constant dialogue with American doubles specialist Bob Bryan, who has just returned to the game following the same procedure last summer

Mr Bryan has said: 'Seeing the way Andy Murray is feeling hit a nerve with me.I would love to see him do a similar surgery, feel the relief that it gives

I think our hips are pretty similar – just worn down, no cartilage.'I'm really the only guy to be playing on with a metal hip

So he's been watching me like a hawk, asking me how I'm feeling after matches, after practices, where I'm at

' Murray had his first hip operation in Australia in January last year.It was carried out by Dr John O'Donnell, who is regarded as one of the leading experts in hip arthroscopy

Under a resurfacing procedure, damaged bone and cartilage inside a patient's hip joint are removed and replaced with a metal 'dome' surface

Typically patients spend two or three days in hospital and should be walking again soon afterwards

The ATP Tour tweeted support for Murray, posting: 'Yesterday Andy Murray underwent hip resurfacing surgery in London

Get well soon Andy, we know you will do everything to get back on tour!?' British Tennis also sent out a tweet in support, saying: 'Good luck in your recovery from hip resurfacing surgery Andy!'

How to Beat Depression like Morgan Adams (ft. Ryland Adams and Shane Dawson) - Duration: 14:17.

Morgan Adams just opened up about a her depression and she just made a video

with her brother Ryland Addams and there's a ton that we can learn about

overcoming depression and we're gonna talk about everybody's favorite subject

neuroscience what is up everybody this is Chris from the rewired so when we

talk about the problem but focus on the solution and if you're new to my channel

my channel is all about mental health and what I like to do is pull different

topics from the YouTube community to try to teach you how to improve your mental

and emotional well-being so for any of that stuff make sure you subscribe and

bring that notification down and for all of you who didn't get the memo my book

rewire your anger is now available as an audiobook narrated by yours truly so if

you would like to get a copy it's actually bundled with the eBook version

so it's $7.99 just click a tap on the link down below or in the pin comment if

you want to get it the eBook version is only about an hour and 20 minutes so if

you drive to work stuck in traffic and it's time to get angry

boom - switch off some rewire your anger what's interesting is there's actually

quite a bit of information in there about how I overcome road rage so

there's some tips in there if you struggle with road rage

- as well as dealing with your relationships and all that kind of stuff

alright alright so yeah Morgan Adams just released a video and it was her and

her brother Ryland making some pizza for the first time so we're going to be

talking about the person overcoming depression because she started her video

by talking about this so this is what I've learned in my time of studying so

if you go to my channel you'll notice that the last time that I posted a video

was three weeks ago I made a list for valid reasons why symptoms can vary from

mild to severe and can include feeling sad or having a depressed mood loss of

interest or pleasures in activities once enjoyed changes in appetite sleeping too

much loss of energy feeling worthless or guilty difficulty thinking concentrating

or making decisions and symptoms must last for at least three weeks for a

diagnosis of depression so welcome back so I'm gonna come

but I'm gonna talk about how what Morgan's doing in this video with Ryland

there's actually some science behind how this can actually help you overcome

depression but before I move forward I do want to toss in the disclaimer like

when I talk about these subjects about neuroscience and you know improving

different neurotransmitters like you know dopamine serotonin endorphins and

things like that like if you are struggling with depression go out get

help talk to your doctor like this is not always a replacement for medications

like I personally take an antidepressant anti-anxiety medication called lexapro

all right typically medications are to get you to a baseline so some of these

other things work alright so I would recommend you talking to your doctor

talking to a psychiatrist psychologist whoever it is and maybe get on some

antidepressants if it's something that you're struggling with I'm not a doctor

that's just the medication that I'm on but go out try your own thing I did do

some videos about my experience with medications not only lexapro but prozac

as well so if you want to check those out go find them alright but yeah

anyways let's jump into the neuroscience of depression how this thing works

alright so people who are struggling with depression now there is typically a

chemical imbalance all right what scientists discovered though there's not

as much of a chemical imbalance as many people think there is but a lot of

people who are struggling with depression or not creating the right

neurotransmitters and this eventually happens especially if you're isolating a

lot which is a terrible terrible terrible thing to do so the first thing

I want to talk about which isn't so much science-based is more personal

experience base is what Morgan does in this video with Ryland is they try

cooking for the first time and this is the first tip I want to give you go find

a hobby find a new hobby please for the love of God please do this when I first

got sober six and a half years ago I was just like depressed as hell and this is

this is something very common with people who just get sober like your

brain is not creating dopamine because it was relying on substances for

dopamine anyways I was extremely depressed when I got clean and one of

the things I struggled with most of my life is that I didn't even know who I

was one of the reasons you know people are so depressed or even anxious is

because they don't know who they are they don't know what they like they

don't know what they don't like you know all these other things so what I started

I just started experimenting with everything I get so many comments where

people like I don't know what I like to do I don't know what I like to do try

everything like for me like I just tried doing stuff I started hanging out my

friends trying to get to in their new hobbies one of my roommates he was you

know a musician so I went out and found my guitar on Craigslist for like 50

bucks have him start teaching me to play your talk I didn't really pick it up you

know so I stopped doing that but then like my grandma was over and she was

knitting a beanie I'm like I like being these maybe I like knitting so I had to

teach me how to knit a beanie she did that I started knitting beanies all

right so like I just found things that I liked I was interested in and knitting

by the way can be an extremely extremely relaxing hobby to pick up all right one

of my friends Stephanie from the channel its crochet o'clock she actually did a

collab with me a while back about studies that show how knitting and

crocheting can help reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety so go check that

video I'm going to get a chance but yeah you guys like especially because my

primary demographic it's like 18 to like mid-30s like you're still young go try

stuff do new things see what you like alright one of the symptoms of

depression is not finding a pleasure in things that you used to find pleasure in

maybe you've grown and there's something new that you need to find that will

start making you interested again and making you happy all right and some of

this you know might be like hiking or going outdoors or whatever it is find a

hobby please so a lot of what I'm gonna be

sharing with you is from one of my favorite books about depression and

neuroscience which is called upward spiral by dr. Alex cord he specializes

in brain and depression type studies alright so get this book I'll link it

down in the description below get my book too but anyways so one of the

issues with depression which also leads to anxiety is isolation

alright so Morgan is living by herself if you didn't see a while back Ryland

and Shane Dawson actually had more you move into the other place that they had

alright so what happens is when you get lonely and one of the reasons this is

called upward spiral is because you can go into a downward spiral

right so when you start isolating like you start getting a bunch of negative

thoughts you start ruminating and you also can start getting anxiety I talked

about this in other videos about how based on evolutionary psychology we're

not meant to isolate alright but one of the things that your brain starts doing

is it starts getting feelings of rejection okay this is because of a lot

of the stories that our brain creates now one of the issues of with rejection

is when you feel rejected it actually triggers the pain centers of your brand

so feeling rejected can actually be painful so one of the really cool

studies that they did was they had people in this experiment play a game

right it was like a computer game where you pass the ball with two other people

now what the subjects didn't know was that the two other people were actually

just computers but they told the people that these were real people playing the

game with them right so what they did was they hooked them all up two scans

and stuff like that because they wanted to see what the brain would do so

everybody's passing the ball passing the ball passing the ball but then the two

computer players just start passing the ball back and forth alright so then the

subject started feeling rejected which then triggered pain centers of the brain

isn't that crazy so rejection can actually be painful

alright now what the goal is with part of overcoming depression is to spark up

neurotransmitters such as endorphins endorphins or a natural pain reliever

all right they also can help increase feelings of

pleasure so they've done a bunch of other studies one of them was with an

ice bucket and this is why it's so important that violet and Morgan are

doing this baking together cooking a pizza together alright as humans we are

meant to be connected with others some of you have heard me say like if you are

isolating stop doing it even if you're just going to a coffee shop and reading

a book go do that you will start to feel better

naturally alright but anyways with this ice bucket experiment that they did they

had people put their hand in a bucket of us alright and leave it in there

obviously you know after you keep your hand in a bucket of ice it's kind of

holding but what they found was is when you put a friend or a family member

next to them why they have their hand in a bucket of ice the pain actually

started to reduce in the person all right not only did they see the pain

centers of the brain start to show less activity but people also self-reported

less pain here's the crazy thing y'all ready for the crazy thing not only did

it work when a friend or a family member was right next to him it worked when

they put a complete stranger next to them as well so think about that so what

I'm telling you to go out and just be around people and put isolated so damn

much it's because it will actually start to make you feel better all of my

subscribers out there who struggle with things like chronic pain quit isolating

alright find a support group hang out with friends hang out with family

members alright this starts to make you feel better you start to feel more

connected so as I was watching this video of Ryland and Morgan Adams have

seen them have fun having a good time like it seemed like that was legitimate

happiness coming from Morgan because she has been isolating so long so doing this

activity with Ryland Adams was actually helping her out now now I wanted to do

most of this video about the good things that Morgan was doing hanging out with

Ryland and all that but I'm gonna show some tough love to Morgan as well as

Ryland Adams maybe Shane Dawson if he sees this - but one of the things that

I'll suggest knowing this information I get a lot of people who ask me are the

fun with depression what can I do what can I do what can I do hang out with

them alright there are so many benefits to just having people around you alright

having people check in on you there are so many benefits that I know it can be

difficult for you know dealing with somebody who struggle with depression

because they can start to you know sometimes you'll start to feel down - I

guess maybe they don't want to go out or maybe this or maybe yeah way I used to

have to have my friends physically drag me out with them I'd be like no I'm just

gonna sit home and they're like no dude you're coming with us you see what I

mean so be that person for your friend okay there are so many benefits to

having that type of support if this is a friend if this is a family member

hang out with them have conversations talk to him on the phone set up attacks

see how they're doing now when it comes to Morgan Morgan

specifically all right I had some issue with the beginning of this video because

she was reading off the symptoms of depression on her phone and she's like

yep that's me never self diagnosed people never self

diagnosed even when you're watching my videos never ever ever ever self

diagnosed it is the worst thing that you could do I had some people comment and

say you know what if you don't have the resources to get help

yeah all right like what I'll say this is like the best thing you could do is

identify with symptoms I would say don't diagnose yourself but if you can

identify with symptoms of depression like Morgan Adams was doing alright

start working on things that's what my videos are for my videos are more for

providing you know useful tips whether they're science-based or personal

experience based that can help you start managing certain symptoms but you're not

Morgan Adams all right Morgan Adams makes Bank all right even though she's

not making that many videos that girl makes some money there is absolutely no

reason in hell that this girl should not be seeing a professional to get

diagnosed and get the help that she needs all right so although like there

were all these tips I'll give you an everything like like something that I've

noticed in some videos is that you know it it's it's very like it's very brutal

when you see people who don't have the resources like I just said so somebody

like Morgan Adams like whenever I talk about these big youtubers they need to

be talking about going to therapy one of the few youtubers who I saw mention that

was Liza Kochi all right so if Morgan Adams was my

friend this is the tough love for Ryland and Shane as well like if Morgan was my

friend like girl go see a doctor go book a therapist appointment go book an

appointment with a psychologist you have money go do it you know what I mean so

this can be very beneficial if you're watching this same thing for you go to

your doctor talk to your doctor maybe they can recommend a therapist for you

if you haven't shown us talk to your insurance provider see who they can

recommend in your network if you have friends who are in therapy talk to them

see who they recommend for therapy alright um I just made a video about

better help online therapy and it is a service that I use my therapist is legit

better help also help support the channel so I have an affiliate link down

below basically with that if you sign up for some inexpensive

therapy not only do you get therapy but it also helps out the channel alright so

that's an option that you want to use click the tap on the link down below

alright but I always say I don't care how you get help

just go get help alright so if you have insurance take advantage of that go get

you some help alright but anyways let me know down in

the comments below are you somebody who isolates are you somebody who gets

anxious maybe you're socially anxious and my next book is going to be rewire

your anxiety so I will be asking you questions so make sure you're following

me on Twitter and Instagram because I'm gonna be doing polls and asking you

questions about different topics that you want me to cover and rewire your

anxiety so follow me over on Instagram and Twitter actin rewired soul alright

anyways that's all I got for this video if you liked this video please give it a

World News - Piers Morgan SLAMS Will Young's 'repulsive music' - Duration: 8:03.

Piers Morgan has fired back at Will Young after the singer slammed the hosts of The Grand Tour for a 'homophobic' segment

The broadcaster, 53, took to Twitter on Wednesday to reveal: 'I'd like to hit out at @willyoung's repulsive over-reaction to absolutely everything

And his repulsive music.'Piers was responding to a headline which revealed the former Pop Idol winner, 40, had hit out at 'repulsive homophobia' after slamming Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, as well as The Grand Tour's broadcaster Amazon Prime

Will's fury stemmed from Jeremy, Richard and James claiming that driving a Jeep means you should wear 'ventilated chaps', 'moisturise' and play 'It's Raining Men' whilst in the car

Share this article Share 11 shares Pop star Young - who is gay - was evidently watching the third episode of the new season when he stumbled across the segment, taking to Twitter to communicate his outrage

The former Pop Idol winner branded the trio of men 'f**king pathetic and actually homophobic' as well as well as 'repulsive' and 'obtuse, bigoted immature babies'

In a six-tweet rant, Young typed: '1. I love cars always have always will. 2. I loved going on top gear 3

Excited about watching new Top gear and I'm afraid 3 heterosexual men SO uncomfortable with their sexuality that they reference in some lame way a Wrangler Jeep being a Gay mans car'

and then Hammond and May's 'quips' to Clarkson wearing chaps , a pink shirt , he should get some moisturiser

It's f**king pathetic and actually homophobic . And screw them and the show and Amazon (who by the way is a wonderful organisation I hope to forge a relationship

'. relationship with through lgbt content ) for putting this shaming archaic trype out

@amazonprimenow it's insulting and they can't rest on laurels of 'oh we are just politically incorrect' It's sad and shaming , bigoted and for f**ks sake grow up

How dare they stereotype 'Gay men . I DON'T drive a Wrangler Jeep. I DON'T wear pink shirts

I DON'T wear a**eless chaps. You can be honest and funny without this ridiculous 'lad' ooh being gay and let's laugh about it mentality

It's repulsive and how DARE you do it and put it out @PrimeVideo 'Hang on they are doing more HYSTERICAL things

Pink roof now on Clarkson's Jeep AND they are playing 'it's raining men' it's SO funny I can't contain myself

I mean being gay is just SO funny for those type of straight men @PrimeVideo 'And you know what really f**ks me off is this is a DECISION by the producers

Let's make one of the narratives the 'gay Jeep' how DARE you you obtuse , bigoted immature babies of men [sic]

'He then tagged a number of LGBT+ news outlets. MailOnline has approached Amazon Prime and May, Clarkson and Hammond for comment

The episode is a Colombia Special and sees Clarkson branding the 4X4 an 'LGB-Jeep'

The presenter - who was sacked from the BBC's Top Gear three years ago when he reportedly punched a producer for not offering him steak for his dinner - also jokes that LGBT stands for, 'lesbian, bacon, transgender'

In the irreverent scenes, Clarkson gets behind the wheel of the Jeep, to which Hammond says: 'I'm proud of you

That's a hard thing to do and you've done it. You're going to be so much happier

' This remark is, on it's own, somewhat odd, but he then elaborates, saying: 'You should have gone the whole hog

maybe some nice chaps, suede but ventilated at the back. And that [pink] shirt, you've picked up that colour - have you been getting advice?' Hammond was the centre of a similar anti-gay furor in 2016 when he made a statement suggesting that only homosexuals eat ice-cream

While sat in a brand new Rolls-Royce, Clarkson declared that eating a chocolate Magnum ice-cream would not be tolerated inside the car

Hammond was then sure to remind viewers of his sexuality, by assuring Clarkson that there would be no ice-cream eating from him - anywhere

'It's all right, I don't eat ice-cream. It's something to do with being straight. Ice-cream is a bit

y'know,' he said.Clarkson pressed this, asking: 'You're saying ice-cream is a bit

You're saying all children are homosexual?'Hammond replied: 'No, but. There's nothing wrong with it, but a grown man eating an ice-cream, you know, it's a bit

It's that way rather than that way.'This was then followed by a gag about a 99 flake and the 69 position

Hammond later told The Times: 'I entirely reject any criticism of me being anti-gay

That's just not the case. The very last thing I am is in any way anti-gay. And I said I believe that love is love

'He added: 'There are people who are genuinely homophobic and they would disagree with my view that love is love and people are who they are

'Hammond also remarked once that he didn't understand why LGBT+ people 'feel the need' to come out of the closet anymore, for which he also received criticism
