Auto news on Youtube Nov 1 2018

I joined because it sounded really fun

and it seemed like a good opportunity to explore what I want to do.

I wanted to fast track my career,

grow as a leader and be part of an international environment.

I joined the programme because it was a challenge for me

and I wanted to explore the whole industry with no limits.

I really love the cars

and being able to develop the cars as an engineer in the Graduate Programme

was really attractive to me.

I looked for a company within a transforming industry,

where I had the possibility to travel abroad

and where I could challenge myself.

You need to be ready to dive into a rapidly changing industry.

Volvo Cars is on a change journey

and this is reflected in the Graduate Programme.

I think what I have enjoyed the most in the programme so far

is the opportunity to get exposed to different parts of the business

through doing rotations every four to six months.

The programme is designed around you.

It is about your strengths and your passion.

The programme is not about what you have studied,

it is more about what you are interested in.

For example, I studied business but now I am working with digital products.

Not really expected but really exciting.

I think it is truly global in the sense where everyone

comes from different countries and they have different cultures

and this all adds up to make a very global group.

I am not really a car geek but…

There are so many cool and creative people at Volvo Cars.
