England are through to the last 16 of the World Cup, but who they will play in the next stage really is anyone's guess
An entertaining draw between Japan and Senegal at the Central Stadium in Yekaterinburg leaves Group H wide open, with Poland and Colombia still to play
All four teams still have a chance of progressing to the last 16, where the top two will meet England and Belgium
Senegal twice led through Sadio Mane and Moussa Wague, but a spirited Japan continue to exceed expectations and Takashi Inui scored before their World Cup talisman Keisuke Honda struck 12 minutes from time to become the first player from his country to score in three different finals

The Africans had benefitted from poor defending to score the decisive goal in that game, and it was a similar story when they took a deserved lead in the 11th minute here after a positive start
Wague floated over a rather aimless cross from the right which reached Genki Haraguchi under no pressure whatsoever
The Japan defender had several options but decided to glance a header behind him where Youssouf Sabaly was standing unmarked
Sabaly tested Eiji Kawashima with a shot from 15 yards and the goalkeeper failed miserably
For some reason, Kawashima tried to punch it away instead of making a simple catch, and directed the ball straight at the legs of Mane who was standing in front of him
The Liverpool striker doesn't need any help scoring goals, and on this occasion the ball rebounded off him into the back of the net
It left another question mark Kawashima who has proved erratic in the past and hardly covered himself in glory when he failed to keep out Juan Quintero's freekick for Colombia in the first game
Akira Nishino, a coach brought in just 70 days before the start of Japan's World Cup campaign, looked on in disbelief on the touchline
He admitted on the eve of this game to concerns about Senegal's physical advantage, but his team had practically gifted their opponents the lead
At that point, you wondered how Japan were going to find an equaliser, such was the lack of attacking threat from Nishino's side
But they struck back with a fine goal 11 minutes before half-time. Inui was the man to score it, having earlier blocked a fierce effort from his captain Makoto Hasebe
It came from a fine diagonal ball to pick out Yuto Nagatomo galloping into the Senegal box, and he controlled it first time before cutting back inside Wague
Inui insisted on taking possession from his teammate and it proved to be a wise choice as he took advantage of Wague regaining his position to use the Senegal defender as a shield, curling the ball around him and beyond goalkeeper Khadim N'Diaye
The Africans had a chance to restore their lead before the break when Badou Ndiaye slipped the ball through to send M'Baye Niang clear but Kawashima came out to redeem himself with a fine block
And Japan wasted a golden opportunity to go ahead on the hour when an excellent move saw Haraguchi slide a pass to the edge of the six-yard box
Osako was on the end of it and looked certain to score, but the man who scored one and made the other against Colombia somehow allowed the ball to squeeze through his legs without making contact
Inui was then inches away from a second four minutes later as Japan continued to threaten when his right-foot shot from a breakaway beat N'Diaye but clipped the bar
They looked the more likely winners at that stage of the game but were punished by a Senegal goal in the 71st minute
It started with Mane who was marshalled by two opponents out on the left touchline and chipped a pass to Sabaly in the box
The No 12 produced a neat piece of skill to turn away from Gaku Shibasaki and drill the ball across goal
Niang helped it on and Wague had escaped the attention of Inui, ghosting in at the far post to rifle a shot into the roof of the net
Again Japan found themselves behind, and again they managed to come up with an equaliser with substitutes Okazaki and Keisuke Honda involved
Goalkeeper N'Diaye rushed off his line to meet a cross under pressure from Okazaki and missed it completely
The ball ran through to Osako who kept it in and squared a pass for Honda to score in an unguarded net
