Les gouvernements ne savent plus que faire. Il y a deux jours, on envisageait des plateformes de débarquement hors de l'Union européenne, en Tunisie ou en Albanie

On constate que la fermeture des frontières n'a aucun effet sur les flux migratoires

Les gouvernements restent pénétrés de cette idée que c'est le degré d'ouverture ou de fermeture des frontières qui va déterminer les flux migratoires

En réalité, ce n'est pas le cas. On le voit bien avec la politique de Matteo Salvini : ce n'est pas en fermant la frontière italienne que les gens vont arrêter de venir

Idem aux États-Unis avec Donald Trump. Mon option n'a cependant aucun droit de cité dans le débat public parce que les gens sont convaincus que l'ouverture des frontières amènerait le chaos

En réalité, c'est une manière beaucoup plus pragmatique et rationnelle de gérer les grands défis migratoires du XXIe siècle

Er begibt sich mit seinem Journalisten-Bashing auf die Ebene von Pegida, AfD. Die CSU beginnt damit, Wahlkampf für die AfD zu machen

Im Interview wird Seehofer gefragt, ob das Verhältnis zwischen ihm und Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel (CDU) zerrüttet sei, dass er in einer internen Runde erklärt haben soll, mit Merkel nicht mehr arbeiten zu können

„Es gibt immer mehr Falschmeldungen" Seehofers Antwort: „Leider werden Nachrichten heute selbst im Qualitätsjournalismus nicht mehr überprüft

Es gibt keinen „Vertrauensbruch" Dabei ist der Vorwurf des „Vertrauenseinbruchs" gegenüber den Medien völlig aus der Luft gegriffen

Im Gegenteil: Aktuelle Studien zeigen ein stabiles und sogar wachsendes Vertrauen, insbesondere in den öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk sowie die Tagespresse

90 Prozent der Bürger beurteilen die Qualität der Informationen in Zeitungen, Zeitschriften, Radio und Fernsehen als sehr gut oder gut

Informationen werden mehrheitlich (65 Prozent) auch als glaubwürdig eingeschätzt, so das Ergebnis einer Studie im Auftrag des Westdeutschen Rundfunks (2018)

2015 waren es noch 52 Prozent.Betreibt CSU Wahlkampf für die AfD? Heißt: Seehofers Aussage ist faktisch einfach nur falsch

Doch warum? Hintergrund könnte die letzte Bundestagswahl sein. Und die bevorstehende Landtagswahl am 14. Oktober in Bayern

Die CSU verlor viele Stimmen an die AfD, ihr wird jetzt ein zweistelliges Ergebnis vorhergesagt. Ein Ergebnis, das die CSU mit ihrer kompromisslosen Asylpolitik verhindern will, schließlich wollte man ja bei der Bundestagswahl „die rechte Flanke schließen" und so der AfD Wind aus den Segeln nehmen

Bleibt abzuwarten, ob ihr der harte Kurs am Ende wirklich in die Hände spielt. Oder ob das Gleiche passiert wie bei der Flüchtlingskrise 2015: Die Seehofer-Kritik an Merkel ließ nicht etwa die Umfragewerte für die CSU nach oben schießen, sondern für die AfD

„Laut schreien bringt nichts" Gegen die AfD werde die CSU auch nicht erfolgreich sein, wenn sie möglichst laut schreie und versuche, die Rechtspopulisten an Populismus zu überbieten, sagte auch Schleswig-Holsteins Ministerpräsident Daniel Günther (CDU)

Im Gegenteil: „Die Länder, die besonnen agieren, auch die Unionsländer, und einfach problemlösungsorientiert agieren, die halten die AfD klein"
