our plan is to visit Grossglockner

Hey

welcome to a new vlog after some time

it's summer

we're in Germany

and on our way to the Alps

we have this i30N

which Hyundai has borrowed us

to drive as many mountain passes as possible

we will have 4 days just for Alps

and I think it's going to be a great fun

so let's go!

so we did 380 kms so far

and it's already empty

and we're not even in the mountains yet

we were afraid of upcoming weather

but it's beautiful right now

our first proper day in the Alps

we have just arrived in Austria

specifically in Ehrwald

we've a lot of mountain passes ahead of us today

probably the most interesting is Timmelsjoch

we will climb up to 2.500 meters a.s.l.

which sounds pretty crazy by a car

and we'll do it once again at Grossglockner

so now we're going to Timmelsjoch

and to Italy

just look at those views

and we are still in the valley

so we went through a less interesting mountain pass

which was Fern Pass

but still there were some nice roads and views

now it's time for Timmelsjoch high alpine road

but first let me introduce entire crew

cause I am not alone there

I'm going with Martin and Martin

so

hey

you probably know Martin

he helps me with videos

and on our trip he is the main cameraman

and Martin in the back

keeps the car clean as possible

because as we go through the mountains

it gets quickly dirty

and for the footage it is a must to have it clean

so this is our crew

so we went through the mountain passes

which led us to Italy

now we're coming back by Brenner Pass

and I would say I get used to this car

I figured out how to squeeze the best out of it

push it to the limits a little

our average consumption is around 15 liters

which under certain circumstances

as driving up to 2.500 m a.l.s.

or pretty much on the limits

it's not bad at all

we also did around 12

as we did on german highway

what's brilliant on this car

is when you turn on the "N" mode

and you push it a little

it bangs loud

it's quite fun to watch people react to it

because either they will...

yeah, it's definitely childish

but it's such a fun

you would have to experience that to understand

our first proper day

in the Alps is nearly over

we're in the center of Innsbruck

on the tower

to get some views over the city

well, tomorrow more travelling

our plan is to visit Grossglockner

and drive around Zell am See

with a wonderful lake

If the weather stays

as it was today

nothing else to say then

so fingers crossed

and more fun to come

we've just arrived after today's trip

to a place where we will sleep

just a few kilometers behind Innsbruck

and we managed to get a beautiful accommodation

with this view

and we're staying in this house

with pleasant interior

it's our second day in the Alps

third day of whole trip

we just went through Gerlos Pass

which leads through Krimml

and we're heading to Lake Zell

close to city Zell am See

we'll try to find some nice spots there

we have to stop during our travel

to make some footage

so it's a bit more complicated

than just drive through

but it's useful for the video

and after that awaits us

Grossglockner

one of the most famous mountain roads

in the Alps

I was there few years ago

and I am sure it will be great fun again

after very long time I switch on

normal driving mode

so it is very quiet

and pleasant for travel

nothing disturbs here

but we don't mind the "N" mode at all

actually it is on almost the whole time

and it's brilliant how this car works in corners

up the hills

how it pulls out of the corner

LSD does what it should

just a killer

so we were at Zell am See

we've managed to find a nice place for some shots

and get some views over the city and lake

wonderful weather

and it's time for the Grossglockner

we've a great time

it's half past twelve

in about two hours rain should come

so far there are only clouds and sun is shining

if it lasts

we will get some proper footage

we drove straight up to its peak

where you can get by a car

2571 meters a.s.l.

highly recommend

If there are good conditions

now it's a little foggy

then there're beautiful views

on one side

and also the other where we will soon continue

with another mountain pass there

through tunnels

we've come here by an "old road"

cobbled stones

it's just wonderful

all those panoramas

so as you could just saw

we enjoyed our day

we've visited Grossglockner

the weather then got a little worse

but we're now in place

where we will stay for a night

in Heilenlut

picturesque town just under Grossglockner

Vegans outraged over Hyundai's Super Bowl ad implying a vegan dinner party is a hellish experience - Duration: 8:55.

Hyundai's Super Bowl ad has cheesed off vegans after implying that a vegan dinner party is a hellish experience on par with a root canal, the middle seat on a long-haul flight and shopping for a new car

In the ad, which officially premiered on TV Sunday night, Jason Bateman plays an elevator operator delivering less than delighted people 'down, way down' to a variety of unpleasant experiences

Crammed in among activities like a teen boy getting 'the talk' from his dad, jury duty and a colon exam, is a stop at a 'vegan dinner party

' 'Is that even a thing?' Bateman asks, as a couple gets off the elevator and is greeted by a woman holding out a plate with a purplish brick of something allegedly comestible surrounded by Brussels sprouts

'We're having beet loaf, Sergio's specialty,' the woman holding the plate aloft says enthusiastically, as a man bows and says, 'Why thank you

' The woman who exited the elevator responds with a 'Yay!' in a tone that seems less than eager, while her other half gags and covers his mouth

While many social media users were highly entertained by the ad — calling it 'hilarious,' 'funny and likeable' and 'One of the better commercials I've seen in the last while' on the car company's YouTube page — vegans were up in arms

When the ad first circulated online on January 31, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) weighed in, directing a tweet at Hyundai's official Twitter account
