My goal to empower and inspire them comes from my own experience when I met Picabo Street,

my idol, when I was 9 years old.

// Those 2 minutes affected basically the trajectory of my entire life.

I, from then on, wanted to be an Olympian.

hopefully can give them the same experience, where I'm inspiring them to follow their dreams,

and I'm also giving them the tools that they need to be able to accomplish that.

We have two-day empowerment camps.

And they're focused on different skill sets. // for example, goal-setting and self-confidence,

// also just creating good friendships and how that translates into social media and

bullying.

// We also have scholarships for enrichment programs, which can also then teach them those

skills as well.

I think the best advice I can give you is just to continue to work hard.

Set your goals high, but something that's attainable, and work backwards from there.

There are definitely steps that you need to take to get there.

// Just keep working, and everything will happen the way it's supposed to.

Billie Jean King has definitely been a woman that's inspired me.

I've been trying to compete against the men in a single race for the last five years now

// Jean obviously was an incredible inspiration and trendsetter.

She broke a lot of barriers and did a lot for women in sports.

So she is a huge inspiration to me.

And // we've recently talked about my ambition to race against men.

// she's such an amazing role model for me, even at the age of 33.

Piers Morgan labelled Meghan Markle "patronising" while slamming her idea to write messages on bananas which are being given out to sex workers

During a visit to charity One25 with Prince Harry the pregnant Duchess asked her aids for a pen so she could write on fruit in the food parcels being sent out to women

Her messages included "You are loved" and "You are strong". While many people thought it was a lovely idea, the messages have been criticised by others and one sex worker said it was "offensive"

Good Morning Britain 's Piers Morgan shared his views on her gesture during the show, and even mocked her by writing some of his own messages on bananas

He said: "It's one of the most patronising things I've ever seen anyone do. "It's literally like here's Meghan Markle, actress, marries handsome prince, lives in a palace - comes along, picks up a bunch of bananas and says 'you're strong' - it's so patronising"

Putting on a high voice, he said: "Hand me my Sharpie, my moment has come. "It's so patronising

'You are strong.' Come on!" He said: "Giving a sex worker a banana is clearly exposing her to potential mockery

I'm sorry. "If you'd been advising Meghan Markle before this, would you have said maybe not the bananas?" The charity takes the food parcels, along with blankets, condoms and hot water bottles, to women who are working on the streets

As they were shown the food bags being prepared in the programme's kitchen, the Duchess suddenly said: "Oh actually do you have a Sharpie marker? I have an idea

"I saw this project this woman had started somewhere in the States on a school lunch programme

"On each of the bananas she wrote an affirmation, to make the kids feel really, like, empowered

It was the most incredible idea – this small gesture." However, a sex worker told The Sun that the idea was "really stupid"

She added: "People out here struggle to eat and sleep and she gifts us some words on a piece of fruit

"She has the means to help us more than that. It's offensive, you know." But another homeless sex worker, who did not want to be name, said the idea was "really sweet"

She said: "It's so cold right now, it's a struggle to raise money to get a bed for the night, so any food and bedding is a big help

Dont'a Hightower is in Atlanta, Georgia, for tonight's Super Bowl.

He and his team, the New England Patriots, will be taking on the Los Angeles Rams in an epic showdown that is sure to keep fans of both teams on the edge of their seats.

Hightower, who was selected by the Patriots in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft, will have the support of his longtime girlfriend, Morgan Hart.

As previously reported by Heavy, the two have been together for seven years and are so incredibly in love.

Before Hightower left for ATL, Hart shared a sweet photo of her and her man.

The pic was taken at an event a couple of weeks ago.

"Home," she captioned the shot, adding a red heart emoji.

The couple appeared to be standing in a restaurant and the background is blurred while Hightower and Hart are barely in focus.

The couple sweetly gazed into each other's eyes as someone captured the moment.

You can see the photo below. .

Fans were quick to comment on the post, sending love and support to the couple and to the NFLer, who is hoping to win his third Super Bowl with the Pats.

"You guys are soooo cute!!! Your man is gonna kill it in the Super Bowl.

GO PATS!!" wrote one Instagram user.

"Everyone should find someone who looks at them like you two look at each other," added another.

"Beautiful Morgan.

Good Luck in the SuperBowl Dont'a.

Here we go again," echoed a third.

Hart will undoubtedly be at Mercedes-Benz Stadium for tonight's game.

It's going to be a huge night for Hightower and his teammates and Hart will be cheering them on the whole way.

Interestingly, she didn't make it out to Kansas City for the AFC Championship game.

She did, however, watch the intense game, which kept her on the edge of her seat.

"Y'all ever watched a game that had you so far on the edge of your seat you ran out of actual 'seat'? Totally lost feeling in my bum but it's fine 'cause ATL WE COMINNNN'" she captioned a photo of herself sitting on a coffee table in front of the television.

If the Patriots are able to hold off the Rams, you will more than likely see Hart on the field with Hightower, finding her "home" in his arms in front of thousands of screaming fans.

If the Patriots don't earn the outcome that they are hoping for, the team will still be applauded for doing a great job and having an outstanding season.

Hart is so proud of Hightower and that will not change no matter who wins Super Bowl LIII.

Morgan, the former tabloid newspaper editor, was hosting popular breakfast show Good Morning Britain when the topic of Meghan's recent visit to Bristol came up

During the visit to the city the Duchess of Sussex, 37, assisted staff of charity One25 prepare food parcels for sex workers

Inspired by a story from the US, Meghan asked for a Sharpie to write empowering messages on bananas

"Oh actually do you have a Sharpie marker? I have an idea," Meghan said. 'I saw this project this woman had started somewhere in the States on a school lunch program

On each of the bananas she wrote an affirmation, to make the kids feel really, like, empowered

It was the most incredible idea — this small gesture." A volunteer named Sam (not her real name) said the women would appreciate the gesture

"I think they might not eat it. I think that banana would be at home until it is rotten

Because I would do the same," she said. "It sounds really cheesy, but little things like that when you are out, especially tonight with the weather — just to get that little thing (means the world)

Meghan took her time out to write that one." "You are strong" and "You are loved" "You are brave" "You are special" were some of the messages she scrawled on the fruit — but Morgan, 53, wasn't impressed

"If you'd been advising Meghan Markle before this, would you have said maybe not the bananas?" he asked

One guest suggested he should "tone it down a bit", but Morgan continued when he begun to mock the duchess

In a high voice mimicking her he said: "Hand me my Sharpie, my moment has come." His co-hosts watched in horror as he kept up the mockery

"It's so patronising — 'You are strong,' come on." When told supporters used their privilege to help the sex workers he responded by saying "You mean Meghan Markle is, she's living in a palace

You couldn't get any more privileged than that." It's not the first time Morgan has criticised Meghan

During her and Prince Harry's triumphant tour of Australia and New Zealand — where they revealed to the world they were expecting a baby — Morgan slammed her as "fake"

"She is an actress. She's acting great at the moment." He recalled the time he met Meghan and she abruptly cut him off after she started dating Prince Harry

"It's a red light when people behave like that, in an odd manner . the axe came down, as it did with the dad, axed — everyone of her family

worrying ." In December he once again had her in his sights. "I've had my own experience with her, which was not great to be honest

I knew her for about a year and a half," he said. "I got on really well with her and then bang, she met someone more important and immediately ghosted

"I never heard from her ever again and the old slippery slope ladder had gone up and she social climbed her way out of my orbit

"So my experience wasn't great, I've got to be honest with you. And everything I've seen since does slightly smack of an actress, a Hollywood actress, seizing her chance and acting her way to the top

" He claimed she went "after a prince". You can't go after a prince as she did. And I know she did

I put her in the cab to Harry to start with," he claimed, arguing the Duchess of Sussex doesn't deserve privacy

"You can't set your sights on a prince to this country who is in line to the throne and expect to have a normal private life afterwards

"It's part of the deal. To live in palaces at our expense you get to be in the papers

Good, bad and ugly." Morgan has also spoken live on air with Meghan's estranged father, Thomas Markle, who she has not spoken with since before her wedding at Windsor Castle last May

During the last interview Mr Markle said his daughter was ignoring his daily messages

"She's a very controlling person — that's part of her nature — but she's never rude

the ghosting I don't completely understand, she's always been in charge that's her nature, but she has been always polite with it

" Morgan was unimpressed. Speaking after the interview, Morgan told viewers "It's just sad isn't it

"I honestly think he's a decent guy who has been put into this maelstrom of Royal madness and no one is helping him

"Occasionally he pops up and does an interview, but really it's just a plea from the heart

Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan, 53, has been outspoken about his less-than-favourable opinion of the Duchess of Sussex in the past, even calling her a 'fake friend', but now Meghan's latest royal engagement has led to the journalist dubbing Markle 'patronising'

Speaking on the Dec. 5. segment, the host said: "I fear the pattern with Meghan, whether it was the ex-husband who suddenly got chopped or whether it was the family who got banned, the father who has now been chopped, or me on a much tinier level

Good Morning Britain journalist Piers Morgan, 53, has already given his opinion on the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle's latest royal engagement last week, which saw the 37-year-old sharing support for sex workers at a Bristol charity

The pregnant royal visited charity One25 with her husband the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry, and she assisted the staff in preparing food parcels for some of the women

The royal then shared a story she'd learned from a dinner lady in a US school who had chosen to write messages on the fruit for her pupils each day, before asking to try out the method with One25

Today on the ITV programme, Piers took things one step further when he began mimicking the Duchess for her actions

During a debate about the Duchess' decision, and the following criticism from some people about her using the moment as a publicity stunt, Piers declared: "Giving a sex worker a banana is clearly exposing her to potential mockery

"I'm sorry!" he said with a flourish. The debate continued on with Rebecca Reid and Annabel Giles, but Piers couldn't resist chiming in at every opportunity

"If you'd been advising Meghan Markle before this, would you have said maybe not the bananas?" he demanded

"I would say maybe tone it down a bit," one guest answered with a smile, but Piers ignored her

Mocking the Duchess, the journalist took on a high voice as he exclaimed: "Hand me my Sharpie, my moment has come

" The presenter's co-host Susanna Reid, 48, could barely stomach his cries, and she rapidly covered her face with her hands

"It's so patronising," Piers continued. "'You are strong,' come on!" In response to Rebecca commenting on supporters using their privilege to help the women, Piers continued to criticise the move

"You mean Meghan Markle is, she's living in a palace! You couldn't get any more privileged than that!" he sniped

As the conversation came to a close, Piers joked: "Anyway next time, ask me." "Otherwise…" he laughed, before the show switched to a pre-recorded message of him exclaiming "the world's gone bananas"

While some were in agreement with the presenter's comments, other viewers took to Twitter to support Meghan's choice

"Why can't we just accept that Meghan Markle tried to do a nice thing?!" one person posted

"I don't see why anyone should be offended, she was just trying to help send some positivity

"And has it not publicised the issue?! People need to get a grip there are more important things #gmb

" Another wrote: "Oh for goodness sake. leave Meghan alone. What a lovely gesture she made, positive messages, what an absolute waste of air time that was
