Storage space in the Jeep can be a bit scarce.

Smittybilt will solve that problem with the G.E.A.R. front seat covers for all year Wranglers.

This will double-up on providing some great protection to your Jeep's factory seats and

provide many storage options for your off-road adventures or even if you just wanna be prepared

for your everyday adventures.

Not to mention, this seat cover gives a very military-style look, and just looks bad-ass,

making a difference on your Jeep's interior.

I think the military guys are really gonna like this one a lot since you can attach all

of your existing pouches that you may have.

Seat covers are always an easy install, so this gets a one outta three wrenches on the

difficulty meter from me, and I'll tell you guys more about that in just a moment.

These seat covers not only look tough, they are tough.

These are made of a 600-denier poly fabric and lined with PVC liner that makes them strong

and durable and, most importantly, it makes them waterproof.

The fabric, being polyester material, will not be as spongey or as comfortable as some

of the neoprene seat covers out there, but this does have a pretty comfortable feel to

it.

This seat cover will provide some pretty good protection.

And even though it doesn't cover the full seat all around, it does do a good job at

covering all the places that you'll be sitting.

There are heavy-duty thick velcro straps that attach around the side and loop through a

hoop system, which makes it good for adjustment and easy install and removal.

These will make sure that you get a tight fit every time and that the seat cover doesn't

shift around when you're getting in and out of the Jeep.

For the storage in the back, there are seven total attachments that come with this cover,

but there are a lot of other options out there.

You can attach them to the back and there's even an option for attaching the pouches on

the side.

And like I said before, if you have a backpack that uses MOLLE or PALS-style attachment systems,

then you can remove them from the cover and attach them to your backpack, or vice versa.

These covers also come in tan and green options, as well as the black, so you have a choice

for your style.

There's really nothing like this on the site right now.

They're listed at right around $110 at the moment and I think the only drawback that

you can take outta this is that it's sold individually and not in a pair.

But you do have to keep in mind that you're not just getting a seat cover here.

You have a lot of other options on what you can store and use in the back of the seat

cover.

We do have other options for a seat cover vest that come in a pair, but they have smaller

pockets on the back, they're a less durable material, and they don't have as many options

for storage systems and attachment systems.

Overall, there are not too many of these specific storage covers on the site, making it a more

unique cover to have.

Install, like I said before, is a breeze at 1 outta 3 wrenches, so give yourself about

10 to 15 minutes to get this seat cover fully installed.

Really, all you have to do is lay the cover over the seat and Velcro the sides through

the loop and pat it down.

Then put the bottom portion over the seat and attach all the hooks underneath.

After that, you can attach all of your pouches, and you're all set.

So, if you're looking for some bad-ass storage and protection for your factory seats, Smittybilt

has your back.

This is Merideth with XT and for everything Wrangler, keep it right here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler Omix-ADA License Plate Bracket (2007-2018 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 2:23.

This Omix-ADA License Plate Bracket is for those of you that have a 2007 and up JK that

are looking for a factory replacement bracket.

These can get broken when you're off-road, if you're in an on-road accident, or if you

just have some faded plastic on your Jeep that you're looking to swap out for some new,

factory-fresh stuff.

This is gonna be a very easy install, definitely one outta three wrenches, less than a half

an hour to get this installed.

It is going to use all of your factory hardware, but very easy thing to install on your Jeep.

No major modifications necessary, and we'll talk a little bit more about that installation

in just a second.

So like I said, whether you've broken your existing license plate bracket on-road or

off-road, or you're just looking to replace it for one that is nice and clean and fresh

and unfaded, this is going to be an excellent option at a very fair price.

As far as construction goes, this is going to be a plastic piece.

It's going to be just like that factory one in texture and in fit.

This does include the small wiring harness that's going to attach directly into your

factory wiring harness for the light above the license plate.

However, this is not going to include the plastic lens, that clear plastic lens that

holds the light bulb in place at the top of this bracket, and it's also not going to include

the hardware.

You're gonna go ahead and use all your factory hardware with this setup.

Installation for this item is definitely a one outta three wrench install, about a half

an hour or less.

You'll remove your license plate, your license plate bracket, and then go ahead and bolt

this in place of your old bracket.

Now, before you bolt this down, of course, you'll want to disconnect the wiring harness

from the old license plate bracket and plug it into your new one.

You'll also want to remove the clear plastic lens from your old bracket and install it

in this one.

But very, very simple.

Remove the screws, put them back in the same spot, bolt your license plate up and you're

done.

This license plate bracket'll run you about 30 bucks, which is gonna be less expensive

than going directly to the dealership for a Mopar license plate bracket.

And for all intents and purposes it's going to be exactly the same.

So, if you need a replacement I would definitely recommend going with this one.

So, if you're looking for a replacement license plate bracket for your JK, I definitely recommend

taking a look at this from Omix-ADA, and you can find it right here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler Delta Headlight LED Conversion Kit - H13 (2007-2018 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 6:16.

This Delta H13 LED Headlight Conversion Kit is for those of you that have a 2007 and up

JK that are looking to swap out your factory headlight bulbs, leaving your factory headlight

housing for an LED bulb that's going to produce a lot more light, a much brighter light, and

just generally giving you a better driving experience at night.

A lot of you know that right out of the factory, the JKs don't have great headlights, unless

of course you have a brand new 2017 with the factory LED lights.

So, going with an upgrade like this is going to be at the top of a lot of your lists.

This is going to be a kit that installs pretty easily onto your Jeep.

Now, Jeep did make it so that you have to pull the grille off and pull the headlight

housings out in order to change the bulb, so you are going to have to go through that

process.

But still, a simple one out of three wrench install that you'll be able to get done in

less than an hour, and we will talk a little bit more about that in just a second.

There are going to be a couple of different styles of LED replacement bulbs out there

on the market.

Most of them will be similar to this set up, where they will come with an external driver

that will plug directly into that factory wired harness, and the driver plugs into a

new LED bulb.

This bulb, however, has a little bit different cooling style than a lot of the other ones

on the market.

Now, heat is going to be the enemy to really any light, but especially to an LED light.

So this is going to have a rather large aluminum heat sink on the back side of it.

But it also has an external fan that's designed to blow air directly onto that heat sink.

So you do have an additional moving piece with this setup.

It's going to cool well, however, you do have that additional moving piece.

So, if you're somebody who goes off-road a lot, you're constantly getting water, and

mud and other junk thrown up inside of your engine bay, that could clog up this fan and

cause you some issues.

However, if you're somebody that stays on the road, then this won't be too much of a

problem for you.

One thing that I do like about this bulb setup is that there is one very large LED on one

side, and one on the other side, and they are mounted in different locations on this

bulb.

And what that is for, is so that when you have the high beam on, you're going to be

lighting up one side of your bulb.

When you have the low beam on, you're going to lighting up the other side.

So it's actually going to change not only the brightness of the light, but also the

beam pattern, which is really what you want when you're switching from low beam to high

beam and back again.

So, as far as the diodes on the bulb go themselves, I think they're positioned appropriately.

I think you're going to get a lot of light out of this setup.

However, again, if you're somebody who does a lot of wheeling, you might wanna shy away

from this because of the moving pieces of having that external fan.

This kit is designed to directly replace the factory H13 bulbs that you have in your Jeep,

right off of the assembly line.

So, the factory bulbs are gonna give a quarter turn and pop right out.

You can unplug them from the wiring harness.

Easily give a quarter turn to attach into the back of your headlight housing, plug them

into the driver, the driver plugs directly into the wiring harness.

There's no cutting.

There's no splicing.

So, the install again, is very, very easy.

I already mentioned that they do have a really nice setup for low beam and high beam to change

the beam pattern as well as the brightness.

So, overall a pretty nice setup there.

You are gonna get around 3,000 lumens from this set of headlight bulbs, which is going

to be considerably more than the factory incandescent bulbs that come in your JK.

So, like I said, one out of three wrenches for this installation.

You do have to do a little bit of disassembly to the front of your Jeep, but that's not

because of these bulbs specifically, that's just how Jeep designed the Wrangler.

So, the first step is going to be removing your plastic clips across the top of your

grille.

Then giving the grille a pull to completely remove it from the Jeep.

Then you can remove a couple of screws that are holding your headlight retention rings

in place.

Remove the rings that will allow the whole headlight to come out, then you can disconnect

the bulb from the wiring harness completely.

You'll give that bulb a quarter turn to remove it from the housing.

After that, you can attach a new bulb into the back of the housing by giving it a quarter

turn.

And you're gonna wanna do a little bit of the wiring now, before you have that headlight

completely connected back into the headlight bucket with that retention ring, just because

you're gonna have to fish a couple of wires.

So, you're gonna wanna make sure that the two wires on the back of the bulb, one for

the actual light, one for the fan, go through the back of your headlight bucket, so that

you can connect them to the driver itself.

Once you have that done, then you can go ahead and reassemble the rest of the headlight section.

You can put your grille back on.

You're completely done on the outside of the Jeep.

So, from there, you're going to plug your driver into your headlight.

Again, you're gonna have two plugs, one for the fan and one for the light, and then your

driver also plugs directly into that factory H13 wiring harness.

So, as I mentioned before, everything is gonna be plug and play.

You don't have to do any sort of splicing or any sort of cutting to get this installed.

Now, you are going to want to mount that driver securely somewhere, so it's not just flopping

and rattling around on the interior of your engine bay.

You can use a couple of screws.

You can use some cream adhesive, whatever you wanna do, but once you have this secured,

this whole install is going to be finished.

These bulbs are gonna come in at right around $185, which is going to be a little bit more

expensive than some of the other LED bulbs on the market, however, it's also going to

be less than a full LED projector headlight.

Now, in the realm of changing your headlights, and you can go with a brighter halogen bulb.

You can go up to an LED bulb, like you have here, or you can go to a full projector LED

housing.

That's going to be the brightest and have the best beam pattern.

Also being the most expensive.

This is going to be somewhere in the middle, definitely less expensive than that, but more

expensive than a replacement halogen bulb.

If you're looking at this compared to some of the LED bulbs out there, it's going to

be competitively priced.

Some are going to be a little bit more.

Some are going to be a little bit less, but these ones are going to be very, very bright.

So, as long as you're okay with these having the additional moving piece of an external

cooling fan, you're somebody who doesn't do a ton of wheeling, isn't too worried about

that fan getting clogged up with any sort of mud or off-road debris, then I think this

is going to be a very bright option for the cost.

So, if you're looking for a very bright LED replacement bulb for your factory headlight

housing, I recommend taking a look at this version from Delta, and you can find it right

here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler Snyper Marksman Front Bumper w/ Bull Bar (2007-2018 JK) Review & Install - Duration: 4:38.

The Snyper Marksman Front Bumper with Bull Bar is for those of you that have a 2007 and

up JK, that are looking to add a full-width, steel front bumper that's going to change

up the look of your Jeep, as well as give you some additional off-road and on-road functionality.

This is going to be an easy to install one-out-of-three wrench bumper.

This is going to install just like most other aftermarket bumpers, bolting right in place

of your factory bumper without the need to cut or weld anything.

So, very easy to install, you can do in about an hour and we'll talk more about that in

just a second.

Now, this bumper is going to be very well-built.

It's made out of some heavy gauge materials.

It is going to be a little bit different than a lot of the other bumpers out there in the

way that the bends are made.

Everything is welded.

It almost gives the appearance of being stamped in some locations, however, when you actually

get down and you start looking at this bumper from the inside, this is still going to be

laser-cut steel, flat pieces of steel, that are welded together at an angle then ground

flat and powder coated over top of.

So, definitely not going to be a stamped bumper.

It does have a little bit of a different look though because of the way that it is constructed

and because it is very well-built, very strong, and a little bit different from some of the

other ones.

It's also going to be very expensive.

This is going to be one of, if not the most, expensive front bumper that you can get for

your JK from the site currently and it does not come with the lights for the four light

holes that are in it.

So, you're still gonna have to spend a little bit more money and get those lights.

If you have a big budget, you're looking for something a little unique, you want something

very high quality, this is definitely going to be a nice choice.

So, like I said, this is going to be a full-width front bumper, however, the corners come up

and in a little bit.

So, even if you are running a large tire on your Jeep, you are going to gain some clearance

by running this bumper, versus running a factory plastic front bumper.

This is also the version of this bumper that does have the bull bar up on top here, so

it just gives you a little bit of additional style, a little bit of protection.

It'll push some brush away from your front grill and also from your winch.

Speaking of winch, this does have a winch plate built right into it.

No additional hardware is necessary to install a winch onto this bumper.

And this will accept up to a 12,000-pound winch.

Something again that makes this a little bit unique are over here on the corners, you're

going to have not one pair, but two pairs, so four spots for lights.

And these can accept a Flush-mount square LED light.

So, you'll have to buy those separately.

Again, they don't come with this kit.

However, you can fit up to four lights.

You can run different colors, different beam patterns, have them switch independently.

You can get a little bit creative with your lighting.

This is also going to have some D-ring mounts up on the front there for recovery points.

Like I said before, one-out-of-three wrenches, about an hour to get this bolted up to your

Jeep.

The first step is removing that factory front bumper.

You'll have to remove your splash shield, your frame cover, of course, remove the fog

light sockets from the fog light housings by either giving it a little pinch or quarter

turn depending on what year your Jeep is.

And finally, remove the eight bolts that are holding that front bumper into place, removing

it from the Jeep.

Once it's off the Jeep, you can go ahead and install your new lights into your new bumper.

If you're going to be running a winch, go ahead and bolt that winch into place and then

lift the whole bumper onto the Jeep using the included hardware to get it bolted down.

Now, you can always install the lights and the winch after the bumper is installed on

the Jeep if you would rather have a little bit of a lighter package to lift up and get

lined up on those bolt holes.

However, doing everything on the ground is also another option.

If you are, you're gonna be bolting a big 12,000-pound winch up to this thing.

You're probably going to want to have an extra set of hands around to help you lift the bumper

and winch combination up onto the Jeep.

I mentioned before, this is one of, if not the most, expensive front bumper on the website

currently for your JK.

It is going to be very well-built.

The powder coat looks nice.

They did smooth a lot of these welds down almost giving it a stamped look.

It has spots for additional lights that some bumpers don't have.

It also has that winch mount plate.

It has some really nice features, but for $1,400, you are going to have to really like

the look of this bumper and the features that it has to offer.

You can get a lot of bumpers that have similar features, the same features, more features,

sometimes, for less than this bumper runs.

So, this is definitely going to be a premium bumper at a premium price.

So, if you're looking for a unique and very high-quality bumper and you have a big budget,

I definitely recommend the Marksman by Snyper and you can find it right here at extremeterrain.com.

Jeep Wrangler Teraflex HD Tie Rod & Drag Link Kit (2007-2018 Right Hand Drive JK) Review - Duration: 4:33.

The TeraFlex HD Tie Rod and Flipped Drag Link Kit is for those of you that have a 2007 and

up JK and are looking to get a much stronger steering system in place.

These pieces hang down where they can get beat up by the rocks when you're hitting the

trail.

And even more than that, when you're driving on the road with a big set of tires, if you

get any flex out of these two components, that can feel like a wobble coming through

your steering wheel.

These components here are going to be much stronger than factory and not going to give

you any chance of having one of those wobbles.

Now, this is going to be an expensive setup, however in my opinion, it is worth it for

the quality that you're getting.

One thing to remember is that while this kit is available with the flipped drag link kit

like this or with a regular drag link, if you get the kit that I have in front of me

with the flipped kit, you are going to have to purchase a track bar bracket to ensure

that your front track bar and your drag link stay in parallel, otherwise you will end up

with some bump [inaudible 00:00:55].

The drag link in this kit is inch and a quarter outer diameter forged steel, and the tie rod

is 1.6-inch outer diameter 4140 chromoly.

Now, because the ends on these components are so big, so beefy, so strong, you are going

to have to have at least a 17-inch factory wheel in order to run this setup.

Depending on your backspacing and your aftermarket wheel, you may be able to get away with a

16, but you are going to need some additional clearance to make all of these components

fit.

One of my favorite parts about this kit is the tie rod ends that are used.

These are the premium ball joints by TeraFlex.

These are going to be completely rebuildable and also completely adjustable.

So in the event that you were to wear out one of these tie rod ends, instead of having

to take it off and replace it completely, first you can try tightening it down.

If you can't get enough adjustment out of it by tightening it down, then you can always

rebuild it by just purchasing the parts you need instead of having to buy a whole new

unit, which can save you a lot of money.

Install of these components is a one out of three wrench installation, probably around

two hours by the time you get everything removed, measured, assembled, and put back together

again.

But again, very easy.

You can do this with just a socket set.

The first step is going to be removing your steering stabilizer, get that out of the way,

and then loosening all of the castle nuts that hold your factory components in place.

Once all of the castle nuts are loosened up, you can go ahead and remove your old components.

And this is really the only part that you may struggle with.

Now you don't wanna strike directly down on top of any of the tie rod ends with a hammer

even if you have that castle nut in place, you can mushroom the end of that, making it

very difficult to remove your tie rods from your steering knuckles.

The best way to remove those tie rods from their taper-fit joints is to strike perpendicular

to the tie rod end's shaft.

That's going to allow those to pop right out of place.

Now, with your drag link, the side that actually attaches to your Pitman arm, I do recommend

using a Pitman Arm Puller instead of a hammer.

That's going to ensure that you're not going to damage your steering box at all.

Once those factory components are removed, you can go ahead and line them up on the ground

next to your new components, take some measurements, and get these roughly set to the same length.

You can tighten down the adjusters and then go ahead and install of your new components,

including reinstalling your steering stabilizer.

Now at this point, you can adjust the drag link to make sure that your steering wheel

is centered and adjust your tie rod to ensure that your tow is set properly.

And if you're not comfortable doing that, you can always take your Jeep to an alignment

shop and have them square that away.

This kit comes in at right around $750, which is one of the most expensive heavy-duty steering

systems you can buy for your JK.

But this kit really does include some very high-quality components, you're going to get

something that's very strong, it's gonna hold up really well, and if any of these tie rod

ends do start to wear out, you have these rebuildable and adjustable ball joints.

So, in theory, this is the last steering system you would ever need to buy for your JK.

And for me, this is a buy once, cry once scenario.

Spend the money on this and never have to worry about it again.

So if you're looking for one of the strongest HD steering setups you can get for your JK,

I definitely recommend taking a look at this TeraFlex HD Tie Rod and Flipped Drag Link

Kit for your '07 and up JK, that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.
