Right today. We are going to be comparing 3 breast pumps that serve
The same purpose, but some are different purpose
Purposes, so I'm gonna be going through all the things that I like all of the things that I don't like why it would fit
Your needs and I will show you kind of your way around the pump how to use it. Let's get started
I'm gonna start off with the motif duo the motif duo is
super small and compact it looks like a little bean, and it comes with a really big LCD screen, which I like, it's
Super easy to navigate and it is portable
But you can use it at home the portability is amazing the charge lasts forever
The fact that it's so small you can fit it in you know your purse or your bag or whatever?
That it is you take I carry a backpack
So it's nice to just stick it in a little side pocket and be done with it
I like the parts that come with this
They're super easy to clean everything has like a really big mouth, and if you're on the go
You don't have a bunch of you know like soap and water and whatever
So it's nice to just be able to break. It down rinse everything out real quick dry it out with a paper towel
I'll put a pack of my bag and then bring it home so that I can put it in the dishwasher
The other thing that I really like about this is it has a hygienic setup
This was the first pump that I received that had a hygienic setup
Which I really really like I didn't know how much I would like it until I got it
So you just take everything apart put it in the dishwasher. You don't have to worry about any condensation getting in your hoses or
Causing like any mold or anything like that so it's really really nice
And I feel like it keeps a lot it keeps the longevity on your parts as well. It's easy to charge
You just plug it into the wall
There's no batteries. Which is really nice. So you don't have to purchase anything extra
It comes with the charger and like I said the charge lasts forever
The other thing that I really liked on top of the LCD screen is it tells you how much?
Or at when it comes to the you know sucking or pumping motion
it's got a timer on it it tells you whether you're stimulating or
extruding milk
And it also has a memory which I think is really nice so that it remembers the settings that you were on the last time
So if you are a person who just pretty much
Uses the same settings all the time you don't have to worry about changing them. You know it just
Does it right for you? I don't have any cons for this pump. It's an amazing pump
It is not one that I gravitate to towards at home. I don't know why it just isn't
But if I'm traveling it's always in my purse. It's always in my bag
This is the one that I take when I'm going to work
This is nice to have in the car like you know when I'm out with my husband
And he's driving, and I'm like oh my god. I got a pump you know
It's just nice to always have on hand and I think because I always have it packed up
It's just not one that I use at home if that makes sense

That's how ridiculous it is moving on to the Mandela. This is the Mandela. What is this the pump in style now?
This is my first pump period my very very first pump and this thing is
So powerful I used this in the very beginning when I had my son
And I was making sure that I could just feed him pump and feed him pump and feed him pump
And I was stacking up my freezer and this thing is
It's a workhorse. That is for sure
It's small in size. It's easy to use. It's very user friendly
I mean
But when you set that thing up to a 10 get ready because that thing will suck your nipple right off because it is
It's got a lot of power
so if you're looking for more power pumping or stockpiling or something and you need something with like a
jet boat motor
This is the way to go for sure the other thing that I really like about the Medela is it has a huge
range of accessories
Their accessories are not my personal favorite. They have a bunch of different sizes in the shield's they have great bottles
They have pump bags. They have everything that you could need when it comes to a pump. They really have it all
Settled up it is a little heavy. It's got to be plugged into the wall
The cons I would say there, are there's no timer. There's no like LCD screen so if you're pumping with this
You know you can't I I would find myself pumping in the middle of the night
So I would have to turn the lights on there's no LCD screen. There's no timer
I would have to get my phone out in order to make sure that I was pumping you know the right time on each oh
My god my nursing bra is unhooked
When you're done pumping
Make sure that you unplug your hoses from your pumps and allow the pump to stay on what that'll do is
It'll suck air through the pumps or through the hoses
and it'll make sure that you keep that condensation out of there if you don't do that then a
Condensation will build up and that'll end up turning into mold so you don't
Want that I still use this one from time to time when I'm at home?
Or if I find myself running low on milk, and I need you know like I said some extra pump
This was my first pump so it has a special place in my heart, but it is a very very good pump
You just you do have some limitations
So you can pump on both sides or you can pump by clicking this and you can pump on one side

Workhorse and last, but not least is the Lance and all smart pump
This pump let me just first say what you get in the box for the price

you get so many things, and I forgot what the price point of it was but I remember for what you get it's
Amazing it is powerful when I am at home. This is the one that I reach for most of the time
It's small in size it has a timer it has an LCD screen. Which is really nice. Especially if you're pumping at night
I was in a situation where I was pumping and my son was in the same room. It's quiet ish
This one isn't as quiet as the motif duo, but it's nice because it has that little light on it
So I don't have to flip on a bunch of lights to figure out what I'm doing it hooks up to your phone
Which is nice especially?
if you're in a case of power pumping or
You know trying to keep track of how much you've pumped on one side everybody knows who's had a baby
And if you haven't had a baby yet, and you're researching pumps. Let me tell you something
You're about to be really really dumb
Because when the baby comes out apparently your brain falls out with it
I can't remember what I even ate for breakfast
So it's really nice to have it on your phone the last time you pumped
How much you pumped you know which breast you were on so you don't have to worry about writing it down
It's just all in your phone. It's
kind of a lifesaver the Lanson all accessories are
Amazing amazing they are my favorite accessories
At all they have the greatest breast shields their bottles their typical bottles
But they have the milk bags
I can't even tell you as a mom who keeps milk in her freezer
These breast bags are genius
They lay flat, and they don't take up a bunch of room in your freezer
So what I do is I put them in there?
I make sure to lay them on a flat surface
And they get like paper-thin and the other thing about them being so thin is it's so
Easy to then warm them up
You don't have to wait because it's a nice thin layer of milk genius genius my favorite accessories of all the time
They have an extensive amount of accessories the smart pump comes with a full kit it comes with
Two sizes of breast shields which I think is genius because not everybody has the same nipple size it comes with a bag it comes
With a cooler it comes with you know your hoses your bottles your pumps. It has a hygienic setup
genius again the hygienic setup
I cannot tell you how great that is and how easy it makes everything and the
Hygienic setup and everything has like a nice wide mouth so again if you find yourself out and about and you don't have any soap
You can just rinse everything out make sure that it's dry with paper towels put it in your bread come home and put it in
The dishwasher and it's fine super easy to break down super easy to setup not a lot of parts which I like to
Because there's nothing worse when you're trying to pump and there's like one little part that you can't find the cons
The only con is is it is portable
But you need six batteries in order six double-a batteries in order to make it portable
I cannot speak on it being portable because I have yet to try it out
I know. This is my job, but I've yet to try out its portability
But you know six batteries is kind of a lot batteries are not cheap so
Typically, I just keep this one at home. This is the one at home
That's typically always plugged in and it's always the one that I go to
mostly because of the LCD screen the timer and the fact that I really love the bottle and the setup and
If you want the stats on this particular pump, it'll be in the cards right up here, but again. It comes with an LCD screen
You know stimulation and expression moving your buttons up and down and your power button. This is plugged in to the wall
