Hi, everybody! In this video it will be a question of repair of a car body of Honda Civic EJ.
Now you see what elements of a car body it is necessary to replace.
We protect elements from rust. We clean off soil and paint.
Before beginning repair of an arch of a wheel, we delete from it rust, soil and sealant.
It is the car threshold heel at a back left wheel.
We smooth out an internal cavity of a threshold from rust.
After smoothed out rusty sites, we put with a brush means for removal of rust.
We drill welding on an edge to a wheel arch.
We note the site of repair and we cut out an internal arch of a wheel.
We weld a new element on the threshold heel.
We smooth out welding points.
By means of a ruler and a marker we note the site of repair
We delete the damaged floor element.
By means of the tool we do an edge for installation of a new element of a floor.
We put a new element of a floor and we look whether it corresponds to the necessary sizes.
We degrease also a new element of a floor and we ground it by means of a brush that soil got to all small poles.
After removal of rust we ground body elements.
We cut out the damaged element of an upper part of a threshold for its replacement.
We cut out the damaged site of a floor.
Here such site of a floor had to be cut.
We delete the threshold heel.
We do a new element of a threshold of a zinc-galvanized steel 1 mm thick, we put and we weld.
We recover openings under factory percussion caps of a threshold.
By means of the tool we do an edge for repair of a floor.
We put a new element of a floor and we weld.
We recover an internal arch of a wheel.
The new element is made of a zinc-galvanized steel 1 mm thick.
We protect from corrosion an internal cavity of a threshold by means of means on a basis mastic, wax and other additives.
Before welding a repair part of an external arch,
we do an edge on a factory element that allows to weld an element better.
For repair of an internal arch of a wheel, we use an arch from other car.
We cut it on several parts for repetition of factory radius of an arch of Honda Civic.
