Ahead of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford's testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday,
a suspicious note was left for the liberal professor in the hearing room.
Here's what the handwritten message said.
According to the New York Post, a mysterious, handwritten "good luck" note was left
for Christine Blasey Ford in the Senate Judiciary Committee's hearing room ahead of her Thursday
testimony.
"Good luck, Dr. Ford," read the note left Wednesday on the witness table where Ford
testified about her allegations of being sexually assaulted by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh
in the 1980s.
Just hours until one of the most anticipated Senate hearings in decades, someone has left
a message for Christine Blasey Ford.
It's unknown who left a note that says, "Good luck, Dr. Ford," on the witness
table where the California professor will testify about accusations of sexual assault
against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh — who is also set to testify on Thursday.
A Roll Call photographer, checking out lighting and angles ahead of Thursday's 10 a.m. hearing,
noticed the notepad in the Senate Judiciary Committee's hearing room on Capitol Hill.
[Source: Roll Call] An aide initially told ABC News that committee
Chairman Chuck Grassley left the note — penned on Senate stationery — but his staffers
later said that was not true.
Indeed, it seems far more likely that the note was penned by one of the Democratic members,
as if to say, "Good luck, Dr. Ford.
You are our last hope at stopping the confirmation of President Donald Trump's Supreme Court
pick."
And, after all, that is what this has been about from the very beginning.
It has never been about getting to the truth.
It has always been about stopping Kavanaugh by any means necessary.
The Democrats knew Ford's story was impossible to prove from the getgo.
That's why Sen. Diane Feinstein held onto the professor's letter for six weeks before
making her accusations public on the eve of Kavanaugh's confirmation.
Feinstein had ample opportunity to confront Kavanaugh before then — the judge had participated
in 65 different meetings with Senators and sat for hours and hours of testimony, but
Feinstein never brought up Ford's allegations during any of those opportunities to address
them.
Yes, this has always been about stopping Kavanaugh's confirmation.
It was a political charade from the very beginning.
Without legitimate means of thwarting President Trump's Supreme Court pick, the Democrats
unleashed sexual assault claims they had held onto for weeks prior.
That, in and of itsef, is enough to prove that this is no more than political theatre.
Furthermore, the note left for Christine Blasey Ford in the Senate is a perfect example of
the difference in the way she has been treated, versus the way Judge Kavanaugh has been treated.
Was there a similar note wishing Kavanaugh "good luck" with his testimony?
Of course not.
There should have been, though.
After all, Kavanaugh is the one who stands to lose everything in this debacle.
Not Ford.
She has an army of people behind her who believe her story — even without a shred of evidence
— and who have crowd-funded hundreds of thousands of dollars for her "cause" — whatever
that is.

This Tweet Exposed Kavanaugh's Accuser's Biggest Lie - Duration: 3:21.
Christine Blasey Ford finally told her story under oath.
No one could believe what she said.
And this one tweet exposed her biggest mistake.
Christine Blasey Ford Gives Conflicting Testimony Ford claimed she could not immediately testify
because she was afraid of flying.
She said she needed time to drive cross-country from California to Washington, D.C.
Trump supporters suspected she was not telling the truth.
They believed she was stalling for time.
This delay allowed two other women to make more baseless allegations against Kavanaugh.
Both women's stories were so full of holes that the New York Times would not print them.
And after yesterday's testimony, Republicans suspicions were proven correct by Ford herself.
She admitted her fear of flying was suspect.
Rachel Mitchell, the outside prosecutor hired by Republicans to question Ford, asked her
how she got to Washington.
"I was hoping … to avoid having to get on an airplane," Ford responded.
"But I eventually was able to get up the gumption with the help of some friends and
get on the plane."
Mitchell asked, "When you were here in the Mid-Atlantic area back in August, end of July,
August, how did you get here?"
"Also by airplane," Ford answered.
Mitchell noted that Ford likes to surf and has listed "Hawaii, Costa Rica, South Pacific
Islands, and French Polynesia" as prime surfing locations.
"Have you been to all of those places?"
Mitchell asked.
Ford said she had and that she traveled by plane to all of them.
Ford Has Major Credibility Issues Ford lying about not being able to fly in
for the committee hearing was just one of her major credibility issues.
Donald Trump, Jr. noted that Ford developed a very convenient fear of flying.
Donald Trump, Jr. tweeted: "I'M NO PSYCHOLOGY PROFESSOR BUT IT DOES
SEEM WEIRD TO ME THAT SOMEONE COULD HAVE A SELECTIVE FEAR OF FLYING.
CAN NOT DO IT TO TESTIFY BUT FOR VACATION, WELL IT'S NOT A PROBLEM AT ALL."
Conservatives pointed out other issues with Ford's testimony.
Mollie Hemmingway of The Federalist tweeted: "SOME PEOPLE MAY FIND BLASEY FORD CREDIBLE.
OTHERS WILL NOT.
THAT'S WHY EVIDENCE, AND NOT SUBJECTIVE EMOTIONS, IS THE MEASURE TO USE TO SEEK JUSTICE.
FORD CAME AND LEFT THE HEARING WITH NO CORROBORATION.
TODAY ALSO REVEALED SOME TROUBLING INCONSISTENCIES."
Ford's testimony was emotional.
But it lacked substance, and most importantly, evidence.
She offered no corroboration for her claims.
And there were troubling contradictions.
The Washington Post reported her story based on the fact that they had reviewed her therapist's
notes from a 2012 counseling session.
However, Ford would not say if the Post actually saw her notes.
In addition, she could not give a straight answer as to how many people were at the party
where she claimed Kavanaugh tried to rape her.
Trump supporters went into the hearing believing the Democrats were exploiting Ford's claim
for political gain.
Ford's inability to deliver a credible testimony only further proved that theory.
We will keep you up to date on all new developments in this ongoing story.

After Using Her, Feinstein Actually Threw Ford Under the Bus with Jaw-Dropping Accusation - Duration: 4:44.
If you had the stout constitution to sit through every moment of the Kavanaugh/Ford hearings
Thursday, I am both envious and curious.
The envy stems from the fact that you could watch a room of craven politicians preen for
the camera and donor-email clips and not lose interest.
The curiosity stems from the fact that I get paid to do it, while most of our readership
does not.
If you waited until the end, however, you got to glimpse the guiding spirit of the whole
affair — or what a certain anonymous Op-Ed writer might have called the "lodestar"
that directed the proceedings — in a line from Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the ranking Democrat
on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
After being accused of leaking the letter that set this whole thing rolling, the California
senator denied either she or her staff released it.
Instead, she blamed the leak on a woman who was now utterly disposable to her — Christine
Blasey Ford.
The exchange began after Texas GOP Sen. Ted Cruz questioned the leaking of the letter,
which had been passed on to Sen. Feinstein.
"We also know that the Democrats on this committee engaged in a profoundly unfair process,"
Cruz said.
The ranking member had these allegations on July 30th and for sixty days, that was sixty
days ago, the ranking member did not refer it to the FBI for investigation, the ranking
member did not refer it to the full committee for an investigation.
"This committee could have investigated those claims in a confidential way that respected
Dr. Ford's privacy," Cruz continued.
"Dr. Ford told this committee that the only people to whom she gave her letter, were her
attorneys, the ranking member, and her member of Congress.
"And she stated that she and her attorneys did not release the letter, which means the
only people who could have released the letter were either the ranking member (Sen. Feinstein)
and her staff, or the Democratic member of Congress, because Dr. Ford told this committee
those are the only people who had it.
"That is not a fair process," Cruz said.
There were two options for Sen. Feinstein in this situation: a) apologize or b) deny.
If she chose option b), however, there was not the obligation to take path c): throw
Christine Blasey Ford under an entire Greyhound station of buses.
That's what she decided to do, however.
Mr. Chairman, let me be clear, I did not hide Dr. Ford's allegations.
I did not leak her story, she asked me to keep it confidential and I kept if confidential
as she asked," Feinstein said in response.
"She apparently was stalked by the press, felt that what happened, she was forced to
come forward, and her greatest fear was realized," Feinstein continued.
"She's been harassed, she's had death threats, and she's had to flee her home."
After blaming the Republicans for their investigation, which she called "a partisan practice,"
she continued to talk up the possible imperilment Ford was in.
"I was given some information by a woman who was very much afraid, who asked that it
be held confidential, and I held it confidential until she decided that she would come forward,"
Feinstein said.
She was then asked if her staff had leaked the letter by Sen. John Cornyn, another Texas
Republican.
"I have not asked that question directly, but I do not believe — the answer is no,"
Feinstein responded.
"The staff, they did not."
"Well, somebody leaked it if was not you," Cornyn said.
"I did not, I was asked to keep it confidential, and I am criticized for that too!" she said.
"It's my understanding that her story was leaked before the letter became public,
and she testified that she had spoken to her friends about it and it's most likely that
that's how the story leaked, and she had been asked by press.
"But it did not leak from us," Feinstein concluded.
"I assure you of that."
Yes, the letter leaked because this woman, who thought she was in grave jeopardy, leaked
the whole thing to the press by telling her friends, who were willing to put her in that
grave jeopardy by passing it on.
It had nothing — nothing — to do with the Democrats who would have benefited most
from this and would have had the motivation to pass
it on.
Right.

Ford Lied Under Oath – Caught In Major Scandal To Set-Up Kavanaugh Before Vote Delayed
Christine Blasey Ford, who testified Thursday about an alleged sexual assault by Supreme
Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, came under scrutiny over her fear of flying after it
emerged she is a regular jetsetter.
Ford says Kavanaugh assaulted her at a high school party in 1982, and testified about
the alleged incident at a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing.
Kavanaugh denies the accusation.
As part of that hearing, she was questioned by prosecutor Rachel Mitchell, including about
media reports that Ford was unable to attend a hearing on Monday in Washington, D.C., because
she had a fear of flying and it would take too long to get there from California at such
short notice.
Ford told Mitchell that she did, in fact, fly from California to the East Coast for
the hearing — saying that it was unreasonable to expect prosecutors to fly to her instead
(Chairman Chuck Grassley later clarified that committee Republicans had offered to do that.)
She said that she had hoped to avoid getting on a plane but eventually was able to "get
up the gumption with the help of some friends and get on the plane."
However, Mitchell also queried Ford about other plane trips.
"In fact, you fly fairly frequently for your hobbies, and you've had to fly for
your work is that true?
"Correct, unfortunately," she said, adding that she wouldn't be able to make it to
Australia, where her company's headquarters are located.
Mitchell then noted in Ford's CV that she lists surf travel as one of her interests,
and has traveled to Hawaii, Costa Rica, South Pacific Islands and French Polynesia.
Ford said that she had visited all of those places by airplane.
"Your interests include oceanography, Hawaiian and Tahitian culture.
Did you fly by air as part of those interests?"
"Correct, easier for me to travel going that direction when it's a vacation,"
she said.

After Using Her Feinstein Actually Threw Ford Under The Bus With Jaw-Dropping Accusation
hey sir de croo Thank You mr. chairman judge Cavanaugh you and your family have
been treated incredibly poorly by Senate Democrats and by the media and let me
say also I think dr. Ford and her family had been treated incredibly poorly by
Senate Democrats in the media you have both seen your good names dragged
through the mud and this has been sadly one of the most shameful chapters in the
history of the United States Senate let me say to you and your family thank you
for a lifetime of public service I will say watching your mother's pained face
has been heart-wrenching as she's seen her son's character dragged through the
mud after not only your lifetime of public service but her lifetime of
public service as well and I know as a father there's been nothing more painful
to you than talking to your daughters and explaining these attacks that the
media is airing I also believe though that the American people are fair-minded
people that the American people can set aside the partisan warfare of Washington
and look to substance and facts and that is the charge of this committee now
there have been three different sets of allegations that have dominated the
media I think it's important to note that two of those sets of allegations
had so little corroboration that even the New York Times which is no
conservative outlet refused to report on them because they could find no basis
for them and it was striking in this entire hearing that not a single
Democrat in this committee asked about two sets of those allegations mr.
Ramirez's allegations and the allegations of the client of mr.
Robinette II not a single Democrat I don't know if they were just to
embarrass mr. Evan Eddie's allegations were so scandalous that the ranking
member of mitad his clients most scandalous accusations
of you as a criminal mastermind essentially omitted those scandalous
accusations from her statement this hearing has focused rightly so on the
allegations dr. Ford presented and let me say I think the committee did the
right thing and giving dr. Ford a full and fair opportunity to tell her story
that's what we needed to do when these allegations became public and the
committee treated her with respect as we should i do not believe senate democrats
have treated you with respect what do we know we know that her testimony and your
testimony are in conflict a fair-minded Assessor of facts would then look to
what else do we know when you have conflicting testimony well we know that
dr. Ford identified three fact witnesses who she said observed what occurred all
three of those fact witnesses have stated on the record under penalty of
perjury that they do not recall what she is alleging happening they have not only
not not corroborated her charges they have explicitly refuted her charges
that's significant to a fair-minded fact-finder in addition you've walked
through before this committee your calendars from the time now I will say
you were a much more organized teenager than I was and that many of us were but
it was a compelling recitation of night by night by night where you were in the
summer of 1982 that is yet another contemporaneous piece of fact to assess
what happened and we also know that the Democrats on this committee engaged in a
profoundly unfair process the ranking member had these allegations on July
30th and for 60 days that was 60 days ago the ranking member did not refer it
to the FBI for an investigation the ranking member did not refer it to the
full committee for an investigation the ranking member this committee could have
investigated those claims in a confidential way that respected dr.
Ford's privacy and some of the most significant testimony we heard this
morning is dr. Ford told this committee if the only people to whom she gave her
letter were her attorneys the ranking member and her member of Congress and
she stated that she and her attorneys did not release the letter which means
the only people that could have released that that letter were either the ranking
member and her staff or the Democratic member of Congress because dr. Ford told
this committee those are the only people who had it that is not a fair process
and we should look to the facts not anonymous innuendo and slander German I
asked for a point of personal privilege to respond merci mr. chairman let me be
clear I did not hide dr. Ford's allegations I did not leak her story she
asked me to hold it confidential and I kept it confidential as she asked she
apparently was stalked by the press felt that what happened she was forced to
come forward and her greatest fear were realized was realized she's been
harassed she's had death threats and she's had to flee her home in addition
the investigation that the Republican majority is heralding is really nothing
that I know about other than a partisan practice normally all the witnesses
would be interviewed however that's not happened while the
majority has reached out to several people they did not notify me or my
staff that they were doing this and so ought to argue that we would not
participate but not tell us what they were up to is somewhat disingenuous I
was given some information by a woman who was very much afraid
acid it'd be held confidential and I held it confidential until she decided
that she would come forward mr. chairman would would the ranking member
answer a question please if I can I I have great respect for senator Feinstein
we've worked together on many topics and I believe what you just said can you
tell us that your staff did not leak it oh I don't believe my staff would leak
it I have not asked that question directly but you do not oh you know that
I mean how in the world did that get in the hands of the of the press the answer
is no the staff have you ever asked have you asked your staff or other staff - of
the Judiciary Committee pardon me well a Jennifers reminds me I've asked her
before about it well so that's true hope well somebody leaked it if it wasn't you
well it was I'm telling you it was not I did not I mean I was asked to keep it
confidential and and I'm criticized for that too mr. chairman could I ask the
Chairman a question which is does the committee have a process if there is an
allegation against any nominee to assess that allegation in a confidential forum
rather than in the public dread since dr. Ford requested that it be kept
confidential is there a process for the committee for considering confidential
allegations and the answer is yes and I sent senator Tillis pointed out the
document that I put out to show of all the things that we've done along the
lines of your equation and mr. chairman what would you have done if on July 30th
the ranking member had had raised this allegation with you has the chairman of
this committee how would you would have done like we have done with every
background or let's say FBI report that comes from the White House with the
nominee and then subsequent to that because maybe the FBI got done with it
three months ago we go through the FBI or information comes to us then we have
our investigators in a bipartisan way both Republicans and Democrats follow up
on the whatever those questions are or those problems that
have to be worked out so bipartisan investigators could have
investigated this two months ago and it could have been heard in a confidential
setting without dr. Ford's name or Judge Cavanaugh's name being dragged through
the mud correct and except for one or two conversations that we had with the
judge to our investigators Democrats didn't participate except in those two
but in those two or one or two they didn't ask any questions
Thank You mr. chairman I want to would mr. chairman yes Matt mayor respond it's
my understanding that her story was leaked before the letter became public
and she testified that she had spoken to her friends about it and it's most
likely that that's how the story leaked and that she had been asked by press but
it did not leak from us I assure you of that
Oh mr. mr. chairman I I'm a little confused I thought only the member of
the house and senator Feinstein and her lawyers had the letter so her friends
she might have talked to about it couldn't leak the letter if they just
had a book verbal conversation unless she gave that my copy of the letter
senator I don't think the letter was ever leaked well how did the press know
to contact her about her complaint she apparently she testified here this
morning that she had talked to friends about it and that press had talked to
her senator our judge a sense there was reference to the problems the legitimate
problems and the and the change of lifestyle that dr. Ford had if you want
some time to say the impact on your family I'll be glad to hear you if you
don't want to talk about that's okay I've talked about that okay then senator
Harris thank you god bless you and God bless america
you

JUSTICE SERVED! Kavanaugh Vindicated Dems And Dr.Ford Have Hell To Pay(VIDEO)!!! - Duration: 12:16.
JUSTICE SERVED! Kavanaugh Vindicated Dems And Dr.Ford Have Hell To Pay
all right the lesson this week politics is a game that turns players into
monsters and monsters into players when Diane Feinstein got dr. Ford's
allegation she was a player but rather than hold a private meeting about these
allegations which would have protected the families and lives of both Cavanaugh
and Ford Feinstein sat on it until it could only become a show trial one held
in honor of Merrick garland and here's the key part it normalized collateral
damage you know what collateral damage is you drop a bomb and innocent people
die the mob in that room knew their bomb would destroy reputations humiliate a
family scar to could kids but they did the math politically collateral damage
was worth it so they unleashed the public accusations
leaking to accomplices something Feinstein couldn't quite deny with
conviction because in the end the Ford letter went from Feinstein to the media
my son doesn't know how this happened how could it she investigated right
there on camera can you tell us that your staff did not leak it oh I don't
believe my staff would leak it I have not asked that question directly but you
know that I mean how in the world did that get in the hands of the of the
press the answer is no the staff have you have you asked your staff or other
staff dance or the Judiciary Committee pardon me
well Jennifers reminds me I've asked her before about it well so that's true well
somebody leaked it if it wasn't you well it was I'm telling you it was not I did
not owe the pharisee Hall in a mystery call it transubstantiation but for sure
it was a miracle one created one that created a hell no one would want to
endure happily for Feinstein and Friends the
target still entered the Coliseum this is way bigger than he said she said this
is we said due process replaced by political vigilantes presumption of
innocence be damned yesterday we saw a mob seeking payback tribalism trumping
institution and common sense a female victim gets
used a wife mother and daughter are wounded perhaps permanently America gets
sick while feinstein holds a pitchfork and says who me good he's good do you
know why you know this was so manufactured is where Alyssa Milano was
sitting over there to the I think directly to the over Cavanaugh shoulder
she was the guest of doctor of fine Stein so and she was smiling and texting
and it's like why was she there that was orchestrated this was a show trial yeah
show trial that had the intended effect yes look where we are today
mm-hm you had a situation where when he came back when Cavanaugh came back off
the ropes yeah someone talked to him at lunchtime after dr. Ford's testimony
said listen dude you want this job you get out there and you fight for this job
he got up with using that boxing analogy he went back out there and he swung and
he did it he had the momentum he who got back on top he was heading toward
cruising toward that nomination then Jeff Flake happened right now I'm a
University of Arizona beer Democrat meets Jeff black cap oh yeah
so the Jeff Lake happened and for anyone as a former activist attorney myself if
you think that there was those noisy demonstrators have no impact other than
making a new system though you should take took two the two ladies who
confronted Jeff Flake in that elevator they made history
they made him he's not it doesn't seem like the strongest that rod in the shed
anyway he collapsed then they had no choice they no choice Lindsey Graham
says it didn't come from the leak came from Feinstein shouldn't there be an
investigation well then I think the prosecutor yesterday did a really nice
job establishing the chain of custody for this letter she said it's either
Ford personally and she gave it to the congresswoman Democrat and then it went
to Feinstein those are the only three people that had cussed out of it the
leak must have come from them and if you look at this woman Ford yesterday
incredibly riveting very compelling obviously believable personally but
she's incredibly naive she's an academic she's you know a little bit she seemed a
little out of it at times and she has been manipulated by the Senate
Kratts in the Judiciary Committee and by her lawyers and the prosecutor did an
excellent job explaining that and here's how the whole flying thing afraid of
flying that was manufactured they showed that she goes to Hawaii she goes all
over the country she had just flown back and forth across the east and west coast
so that was like it was also established that she never even heard right the
invitation to come interview her on the west coast her lawyers were keeping that
from her now it's not a lie I mean isn't that against the the truth well no it
could have been the lawyers be in trouble from with other things yeah I
mean you don't have to tell your client everything Geraldo would know more but
it seemed like she had no idea that that offer was proffered and then the the the
polygraph was very bizarre that they did it on the same day she had gone to her
mother's funeral and she couldn't they won't release any of the audio and the
video from the polygraph and the the sex crimes prosecutor again but made a great
point at the very end in closing and said this is not how you treat a true
victim of sexual assault get sick interview you don't polygraph her up and
lawyer up and then parade her out on national television
these people like you said in the monologue white watching Ford being
tortured rights watching Kavanagh being tortured it was sadistic what they did
there was all of those things but it was also premeditated yeah you don't have to
be guessing around the Democrats they come back to this point the Democrats
would represent the pro-choice forces in this country they were holding the weak
hand the pro-life forces represented by the Republicans holding in the stronger
hand they're Democrats desperate what do we do
ah ha they get the golden ticket the golden ticket in the form of the doctor
Ford accusations how are we going to use this to the best effect we're gonna hold
it we're gonna hold it we're gonna look like we're losing when this first came
up no we're holding the vote on Monday we're not extending it's a Thursday for
a hearing that's the complaint if he had done that it would have avoided this
delay and it would not have jeopardized this vote it would have suffered I think
it looks like they're not willing to hear from women about sexual assault
which is a playbook that Democrats have been using for decades really they've
been using it in political campaigns midterm presidential four years that
would have not been optically a good luck now the consequences of that I do
want to say about Dianne Feinstein dropping this bomb in the middle of the
committee her staff and Senator Grassley staff used to actually have a pretty
good relationship they used to have a really professional working relationship
when it comes to important big issues like protecting whistleblowers national
security oversight of government agencies and she has completely
destroyed any kind of relationship that they had in the past as the left
continues to lecture the right about civility and coming together in
Washington working to make sure we're bettering the country she destroyed that
relationship it was a good one and she has a lot of explaining to do and as
Greg mentioned there should be an investigation points like doing this
because she's in trouble too it with the left in California this is big you have
to go back to this I was a young lawyer when roe v wade was argued and passed
this was a sea change this was an incredibly profound women in the streets
the first lap of the women's movement was happening unfolding the nation was
beginning to fracture along these lines this is the generation later the
pro-life forces finally had an opportunity to to sway things back their
way a generation later and this is the fight to the finish this is any means
you could acknowledge that if you can say this is this is political this is
about abortion then can't you see that no matter how many investigations you do
there's always going to be something else always something else I agree so
you can't just keep calling for investigations of uncorroborated claims
because this is political and Cavanaugh said it was political which they hate
him for yeah they said it was revenge for he was willing to come out salacious
claims they play dirty with Merrick garland now what goes right this
don't see like that I think that you could actually predict or say that with
this Supreme Court nomination anything happens to roe v wade I think that's a
game in itself I don't think that it's under threat you're wrong I do I do it's
I'll tell you very easily very very quickly roe v wade said there's a
competing interest mother and unborn child at some point the child becomes
viable when the child can live outside the mother of the child now it's the
rights of a human that bed date gets keeps getting pushed back six months
five months four months into the pregnancy nine you get the technology
they'll use technology to sonogram showing that a baby's real thing the
message we're giving is that you can derail a nomination if you don't like
the policy and it's being allowed it's being tolerated right now well we knew
that the president's hands were tied once the Judiciary Committee issued the
request over to the White House for the president asked the FBI to open up a
quote supplemental investigation into a judge Brett Kavanaugh his background the
president didn't really have much choice so that's when we got the statement from
press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders which said I've ordered the FBI to
conduct a supplemental investigation to update Judge Cavanaugh's file as the
Senate has requested this update must be limited in scope and completed in less
than one week and that's where the argument really is going to come down
here limited in scope how do you limit the scope what will the scope be limited
to the request from the Judiciary Committee was for all current credible
allegations to be investigated now does that limited just to Christine Blasi
Ford does that include Debra Ramirez does that include Michael a vanadis
client I think that the White House and Republicans will argue that this is
limited only to the Christine Blasi Ford allegations in which case you would
interview her you would interview the the judge judge Cavanaugh you would
interview the other judge mark judge and other people who were said to be at that
party and now remember this is not a criminal investigation first of all
they're not investigating an alleged crime that happened some 36 years ago
this is merely collecting background information and it does not come to any
kind of conclusion any conclusion on the information contained would have to be
made by either the White House or the Senate in this case it's already gone
through the Judiciary committee so it'll be the full sentence
that it has to consider all of this judge Brett Kavanaugh also released a
statement this afternoon saying quote throughout this process I've been
interviewed by the FBI I've done a number of background calls directly with
the Senate and yesterday I answered questions under oath about every topic
the Senators and their counsel asked me I've done everything they have requested
and will continue to cooperate Geraldo said just a short time ago this
is war and he's absolutely correct about this after what has gone on with this
nominee it is now all-out war between Republicans and Democrats I was talking
to a prominent Republican political operative just a short time ago who told
me wait until the next seat and the Supreme Court comes up and maybe it's a
Ruth Bader Ginsburg or somebody like that and rather than following tradition
of nominating a more liberal judge the President may go for the hardest hardest
core conservative that he can find to fill that position so Geraldo you're
right this is political war here in Washington thank you John thank you god
bless you and God bless america

5 Major Problems With Dr. Ford's Testimony That Could Ensure Kavanaugh Gets The Vote - Duration: 5:27.
The whole nation sat next to their TV yesterday to listen to the Dr. Christine Blasey Ford's
testimony where she accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of a sexual assault.
There were two types of people watching yesterday.
Those on the right who tend to watch with an open mind and try to be fair and those
on the left are basically ruled by nothing more than emotion and their hate towards conservatives
and the white American male.
The same white American male who is responsible for the creation of our great nation but now
seems to be branded as the evilest thing since the creation of Satan.
Leaving aside all the left wing hate, if you actually listened to Dr. Ford's testimony,
you could not help but find at least five inconsistencies and contradictions.
Here is more via PJ Media:
1.
She still can not confirm the basics of her account
She can tell everyone definitively that Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her, but she
does not know when, where, who took her there or picked her up (she was 15), or pretty much
anything of significance.
She has no facts, no corroboration, no medical report, no police report.
There is nothing but a claim from a woman with a bad memory and a story contradicted
by all her own witnesses.
At this point, there is not even any evidence that there was a party at all, much less that
Kavanaugh was there or that anything happened between Kavanaugh and Ford.
2.
There's the polygraph weirdness Rachel Mitchell, a sex crimes prosecutor in
Maricopa County, Arizona, who questioned Ford today, went out on what seems to be a strange
tangent about the polygraph that Ford took in August.
Surprisingly, it still prompted Ford to say a couple of very strange things.
Ford said the polygraph was done in Maryland because of her grandmother's funeral and
she was asked if it was done on the same day as her grandmother's funeral.
Ford did not know the answer to that question.
Mitchell also asked if she paid for the polygraph, which would normally be quite expensive, and
again, Ford said she does not know.
If Ford does not have a clear memory of big events that happened to her LAST MONTH, how
can anyone be sure her memory of what happened 36 years ago is correct?
Was Kavanaugh involved?
You would not think someone could get confused about something like that, but you would also
think someone would know if she spent thousands of dollars paying for a polygraph last month.
3.
She could have testified in California At one point, in response to Mitchell's
comment about how this was not the best forum to explore her allegations, Ford agreed it
would have been better if she could have testified at home without having to do this publicly
in D.C. — except she could have done exactly that.
Not only was the offer made to her legal team, but there were also news articles about it.
It was not a secret.
So either Ford is lying or perhaps worse yet, she really does not know what's going on
and her legal team unnecessarily tossed her into the meat grinder for political purposes.
4.
Ford's fear of flying is fake Ford's own lawyers have been publicly claiming
that she's too frightened to fly and they have gone out of their way to say that she
would not get on a plane because of the Kavanaugh incident.
Because of that, they said she would have to drive cross-country to get to a hearing.
Of course, she actually flew.
Additionally, under questioning, she admitted she had flown to Maryland, Hawaii, and Tahiti.
In other words, that was a bald-faced lie.
If she is lying about that, what else is she lying about?
5.
Her witnesses do not back up her account In her initial letter to Sen. Dianne Feinstein,
Ford claimed that four people besides her were at the party.
That number seems to change by the day, but let's go with her original claim.
Those four people were Brett Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge, who she says were both
in the room along with PJ Smyth and her friend Leland Ingham Keyser.
All of them have denied her story under the penalty of felony perjury, which begs an obvious
question: whose house was the mystery party at?
Are they all supposed to have been partying at someone else's house while they were
gone?
It makes no sense.
It's even more damning that her friend Leland Ingham Keyser says she has never even met
Brett Kavanaugh.
How do you square that circle?
Keyser has never met Kavanaugh at all, but she was at the party where Kavanaugh did this?
Also, her best friend saw her run out of the party but said nothing?
She did not ask her about it the next day?
This single issue in and of itself completely destroys the credibility of Ford's accusation."
The Democrat Party needs to pay for this farce in November.
