We've got another episode of Lifts and Levels.

This one's going to be on this 2015 F-250 here.

Got a four inch BDS on it.

Let's go check it out.

Hold on, oh that's an SHO, they have a V8 in them.

This one here, this is a 2015 F-250.

This one actually came in, the customer had,

I'm not sure if the customer installed or what,

but he had a rough country four inch and he

wanted to get that one off of there and go

with this BDS four inch, so we put that on there for him.

We're just gonna run through some of the components here.

You can see obviously, one of the big things

is these massive BDS coils that they give you to

replace the factory coil, in this place, replace

the rough country coil.

He wanted FOX 2.0 shocks, flip the break line around

give you more room and then right here you'll see

the BDS track bar drop bracket to drop the track bar

down to maintain the proper angle as well as the

sway bar drops to drop your sway bar down.

Pretty much rounds off the front as well as,

you'll see it's kinda hard to see,

the pitman arm drop in there, which is a new forge

pitman arm, and moving back we can also see

a radius arm drop brackets, factory the radius

arm amounts up here, BDS includes these new brackets

drop the radius arm down, maintain a level angle

on your radius arm.

They also have different options where you can

upgrade to a four length set up.

A new radius arm or just reuse the factory radius arm

and drop it, that's what the customer decided

to do on this one.

Standard blocks in the back with

new top plates and U-bolts.

You can see these are really beefy U-bolt plates.

Then, Fox 2.0 is in the back and brake line

relocation bracket on the axle there.

That pretty much rounds this one off.

Like I said this one came in with a four inch

rough country, customer decided he wanted to

go with the four inch BDS, so that's what we did for him.

I think that's pretty much it on this one.

This is a 2015 Super Duty F-250 and like I said,

four inch BDS on it.

Production spray-on bed liners are an attractive option for the end customer,

because they provide a permanent bond to the bed of the truck.

In addition, the textured surface is easy to clean, and

it provides a watertight seal.

Once we get it inside the spray booth, the vehicle is primed,

[MUSIC]

And it's sprayed with a two-part resin

material that creates a reaction inside of the spray gun.

And it's applied to the box of the truck and it's dry within five minutes.

[MUSIC]

We feel that our quality operating system that's in place here in our

production facility allows our machine parameters and

process parameters to give us a consistent quality product.

We've raised the bar with our new spray-on bed liner production facility.

We took this product during the development stage, and

we subjected this product to 30 different tests and material requirements.

drop-in bed products from Ford as a production option,

making it simpler to integrate the purchase into the customer's payment.

That means customers no longer have to wait weeks for the upgrade.

They can get it when they take delivery, and the custom bed liners are even covered

by the same new vehicle warranty as our trucks.
