Uhhhhh....who am I??

Hi I'm Gaby Ripley, I'm a Customer Experience Manager, and I sell vehicles at Holiday Ford.

Uhh what I love about Holiday is that we are truly focused on making sure that every customer

who walks in the door is gonna walk out with a vehicle that they really want.

Not something that we're gonna push them into, not something that they're kinda like, ehhh sure

I'll buy this cuz I kinda need to.

But we want you to love the vehicle that you're in.

I mean, I get excited about that, so I wanna get someone else excited about that.

I am bilingual.

I am fluent in Spanish, so if you are a Spanish speaking customer, I can assist you.

Um, I think that it's very important to communicate to people because a lot of the time, it's

scary to buy a car and even if English is your second language and you're fluent in

it, Spanish being your primary is very helpful to be able to communicate your honest needs

and wants in your primary language, so I would like my customers to know that I can help

them in that language as well as English!

I have two sons, so they kind of are my hobby.

Um, we like to go hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing.

We go on road trips to visit across Wisconsin, and this summer we're gonna be doing a road

trip down to Florida to hit the beach.

Both my sons really like going to the beach and I like reading on the beach so they can

do that while I do that.

My favorite place I've ever visited is Red Rock Canyon in Las Vegas.

When I landed, the first thing I did was get in my rental and head for the mountains.

I know everyone wanted to go gambling and everything but the first thing I wanted to

see was Red Rock Canyon because it's such an amazing place.

There's no security there so went hiking about two miles in and just roamed.

It was awesome, I mean I probably could have died and it was very dangerous.

Don't do that.

Never mind.

If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, what would it be?

Umm, my Grandma's psole, no my Grandma's tamales, and my mom's psole.

Yes, that.

Do I have any useless talents.

I used to be a gymnast, so I can do like back bends and walk overs and cartwheels and all

that stuff. It's pretty useless unless I'm on the trampoline in which case my kids think

I'm pretty cool so, I like that one actually.

That's kinda useful.

I frequently get away with passing for under 18, or 16, or 12 at uh food courts or what

do they call them, buffets?

If I'm out to eat with my mom and my sons, they usually think that we're all her kids

and we all get away with the kid or 12 and under.

I just walk on through, I mean...you save a buck right?

so again I love them definitely and they are water when you compare the two

it didn't look bigger but so as you see here I can I'm gonna touch a bowl this

so this is this white over laps it's gonna all be gone so it's gonna look

very professional when I'm done with it again

the rims are not cleaned the car itself I just got back from paint shop so I

can't wash it or do anything to it for six weeks so this is as is so there's

the front that's how the original rims look versus those so yep it is flush

with the fender so it's definitely legal alright let's get working on the front

so I can get done here

Today we are at Jim Trenary Ford in Moscow Mills, MO.

We're going to take a look at the 2019 F-250 Super Duty.

This is the King Ranch edition.

This pickup truck was named J.D. Power and Associates highest-ranked large heavy-duty

2019 Ford Escape SEL Review | Walk Around - Duration: 2:41.

What's up everybody! Today we're at Jim Trenary Ford in Moscow Mills Missouri

and we're going take a look at the all-new 2019 Ford Escape. This little

five passenger SUV is great for any reason and any season. It does come

equipped with halogen projector type headlights, fog lights, LED daytime

running lights, heated power mirrors, and a real nice looking front grille. The

2019 Ford Escape does come with a very economical four-cylinder engine,

six-speed automatic transmission, and averages 25 miles per gallon. Along

with good performance and sporty handling, you also get the 17 inch wheels.

The key fob is very versatile including keyless entry and automatic push button

lift gate. The lift gate can also be opened hands-free for even more convenience.

The Ford Escape has some of the most cargo space in its class and once you're

done unloading all you need is one finger to simply push the button to

close the lift gate. When they said good things come in small packages, they had

to have been talking about the Ford Escape. With the rear seats folded down, you get

an impressive 68 cubic feet of space for whatever you need to haul around and

there's a 12-volt power point to keep the kiddos iPads connected and charged.

What's really convenient are the little hooks in the back to hang your bags on

to prevent your groceries from spilling and falling all over the place. The

two tie-down points on each side make it very easy to secure any size load of cargo.

The interior headroom and legroom is very spacious in the front seats as well

as the rear passenger seats, making the Ford Escape great for running around

town and long trips. The rear heating and air conditioning vents are also included.

Ford has been doing a great job with its infotainment systems. The steering wheel

houses all of your display and audio controls, and many of the features can be

controlled via voice commands. The sync 3 system features a large attractive 8

inch touchscreen, and voice command technology. It now also features

connectivity with Bluetooth, navigation, Sirius XM satellite radio, Android auto

and Apple Carplay. The climate control system, dual stage airbags, and electronics

connections insure your safe and comfortable at all times. The interior of

the Escape seems much more luxurious than other vehicles in its same class

and price range. The leather, power adjustable seats are

very high-quality and extremely comfortable, making long drives

a breeze. The large over-sized sunroof is perfect and all models come with loads

The Future of Deliveries – According to Ford - Duration: 3:06.

Every year courier firms deliver billions of parcels to customers across Europe.

In a mega city such as London

that requires up to 300,000 vans a day.

Which will spend over nine million hours on the roads a year

but with the number of parcel deliveries expected to double in the next decade

a smarter way to deliver goods has to be found!

We need a solution that makes a more efficient use of the vans

we do have on the road at the moment.

And if we can do that,

not only will there be benefits for the business

but also for the consumer and for the environment

The solution does not lie in adding more and more vans to the streets.

Increasing deliveries, using the same number of vans

may seem an impossibility

but, a team Ford's Smart Mobility Innovation office in London

have been developing a technological solution using logistics software.

Called: Mode Link

We've been working with our van fleets,

our van drivers,

to look at the problems that they faced

and we've noticed that they really struggle

in the areas where cycle couriers and pedestrian porters excel.

So what we're looking to do on this project

is to leverage the nimbleness of cycle couriers in the last mile

and offer that up so that they can help van drivers deliver their parcels more effectively.

When an online order is placed

items are sent from a warehouse to a regional courier depot.

It's here that Mode Link takes over the delivery process.

A collection of smart algorithms will look at the parcels that are going to be delivered in that day

and will identify meeting spots

where van drivers can meet with teams of cycle couriers

or pedestrian porters

to handover parcels for last mile delivery.

And those locations are dynamically updated throughout the day

to take into account events;

such as changes in the traffic flow

to keep the team working most effectively.

With pedestrian and cycle couriers taking the goods the final mile,

the van is free to travel to the next drop-off point.

Or back to the depot to pick up more parcels.

And that has the potential to create savings and efficiencies.

At the moment the van might make a hundred deliveries a day.

We think that one van operating in this way in a busy city center,

with team of four couriers,

could do as much work as five vans on the road today.

Mode Link may only be in its infancy

but it has the potential to transform parcel delivery ...

and in the process our cities.

So we're now starting our trials here in London

and from there we'll scale out to other customers

and other cities.

The beauty of this system is that we'll get parcels to customers more quickly

and keep vans off the streets in city centers

which delivers significant benefits for the environment

and for the residents of that city.

Keeping congestion down

and allowing traffic to flow more freely.

New 2019 Ford Focus ST is hotter than ever with 276bhp - Duration: 6:22.

New Ford Focus ST hatch and Estate boosted to 276bhp, while a diesel-version producing 187bhp will also be offered

This is the new Ford Focus ST, which will get more power than ever as it prepares to go into battle with the Renault Megane R.S., Honda Civic Type R and the next generation of VW Golf GTI.

The Mk4 ST will pack up to 12 per cent more power and 17 per cent more torque than the previous iteration

Those gains are likely to be necessary as the car squares up to the 316bhp Civic and, within the next 12 months, a hot Mk8 Golf that's expected to have up to 300bhp.

Ford is continuing to offer the ST with a choice of petrol or diesel power, and the option of an Estate body style as well as the regular five-door

The 2.3-litre EcoBoost four-cylinder petrol engine produces 276bhp at 5,500rpm, and 420Nm between 3,000rpm and 4,000rpm

The brand says the unit is the most free-revving Focus ST motor yet and offers enough to propel the front-wheel-drive five-door from 0-62mph in less than six seconds

That means it's set to slice at least half a second off the Mk3 ST's figure.. The motor also features anti-lag – a feature gleaned from the development of the GT supercar and F-150 Raptor pick-up, Ford says

The tech, which is more commonly used on competition vehicles, keeps the throttle open even when the driver lifts their foot off the accelerator, maintaining pressure to the turbo and improving response

This ST's system is said to be more of a performance aid than to produce the pops and bangs that have featured on throttle lifts since the Mk2.

The EcoBlue diesel is the most powerful engine of its type ever offered in a Focus, with 187bhp and 400Nm of torque

That latter figure comes in between 2,000rpm and 3,000rpm, but Ford claims 360Nm is available at just 1,500rpm

As a result, the Mk4 ST diesel has 10 per cent more power and double the torque of the Mk1 ST170.

This ST gets a limited-slip differential – a feature normally reserved for the Focus RS – but it's an electronic e-diff instead of the mechanical set-up that has featured on previous extreme Focus models

Developed by Borg Warner, and available only on the petrol car, the e-diff uses hydraulic clutches integrated into the transmission to limit the torque being delivered to the wheel with less grip

This means it can redistribute up to 100 per cent of the torque to the wheel that has traction, helping to boost acceleration out of corners.

The ST's ride height is 10mm lower than a regular Focus's, while damper stiffness is up by a fifth at the front and 13 per cent at the rear

The car has bespoke Michelin Sport Pilot 4S tyres and the power steering gets a boost, too, going beyond the quick response of the current Fiesta ST; you need just two turns of the wheel, lock to lock.

A six-speed manual gearbox features as standard across both petrol and diesel engines; this has a seven per cent shorter shift throw than in regular Focuses

As part of an optional Performance Pack, which also brings Continuously Controlled Damping, you'll get a gearshift indicator light and rev-matching technology to help maintain momentum during downshifts

The latter can be deactivated if you want to heel-and-toe conventionally.. In addition, the petrol edition of the ST is available with a seven-speed auto gearbox, which assesses driving style and optimises gearshift timings accordingly

It can also be controlled using paddles mounted behind the steering wheel.. The ST gets a selection of styling upgrades, although the car is still similar in appearance to the ST-Line trim level

There's a revised front grille, a bigger and more angled rear spoiler, unique alloy wheels and the option of two exclusive colours: Ford Performance Blue and, in a nod to the five-cylinder Mk2 Focus ST, Orange Fury.

Inside, there are Recaro sports seats, aluminium pedals, metal flourishes on the vents and grey stitching

Ford's SYNC 3 infotainment system – an eight-inch display incorporating navigation, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality – also features.

The ST is due to arrive in dealers towards the end of the summer, with the petrol, diesel, five-door and Estate models all available from launch

Early versions will all be in the top ST-3 trim level, Auto Express understands, and pitched at the higher-end customers who made up around 70 per cent of Mk3 ST sales anyway.

There's no word yet on pricing, but we'd expect a modest increase over the outgoing car, with a five-door ST-3 EcoBoost costing around £27,500, undercutting the Hyundai i30 N Performance by more than £1,000.
