If you've been considering the 2019 Mazda CX-3, then maybe you should take a look at
the 2019 Chevrolet Equinox.
The Chevrolet Equinox Premier offers an optional Surround Vision to allow the driver to see
objects all around the vehicle on a screen.
The Mazda CX-3 only offers a rear monitor and front and rear parking sensors that beep
or flash a light.
That does not help with obstacles to the sides.
Optional air-conditioned seats in the Chevrolet Equinox Premier keep the driver and front
passenger comfortable and take the sting out of hot seats in summer.
The Mazda CX-3 does not offer air-conditioned seats.
The Chevrolet Equinox optional dual zone air conditioning allows the driver and front passenger

For better stopping power, the 2019 Chevrolet Equinox brake rotors are larger than those
on the Mazda CX-3.
In a test going from 70 down to 0 miles per hour, the Chevrolet Equinox stops at a 20
foot shorter distance than the Mazda CX-3.
The 2019 Chevrolet Equinox also gets up to 39 miles per gallon on the highway, whereas
the Mazda CX-9 only gets 34 miles per gallon on the highway.
For enhanced safety, the 2019 Chevrolet Equinox has a rear seat shoulder belt that adds extra
child comfort and guides to move the belt properly fit children.
This can prevent injury and increased comfort, encourages children to buckle up their seat
belts.
The Mazda CX-3 does not offer comfort guides on its rear seatbelts.
The Chevrolet Equinox instruments include an oil pressure gauge and a temperature gauge
which could save your engine!
The Mazda CX-3 does not have an oil pressure gauge.
