As a matter of fact, today I will share with you the salty recipe.

"Kajmak" is kind of Sour Cream.

Let's start by adding 5 gr of Dry Yeast to a bowl.
2 teaspoon of Sugar.
That will help us to activate the Yeast.
2 Tablespoon of 200gr of Flour,
that we will use in the recipe.
And About 60 ml of the 200 ml of Milk,

Mix well.
Until remove all the lumps.
And we will leave to rest about 15 minutes.

Now we will add the Flour.

Put pot to heat.
Add oil.
Filling half pot.
Reduce the temperature to medium.
The temperature of stove should be always at medium- medium low.
And don't be so desperate as I was at beggining.
We should wait that oil is not too hot to start frying the mini-doughnuts.
If you don't wait, they can burn from outside and will not be cook inside.
When our oil is not too hot.
Let's start frying.
I leave fry 2 minutes per side.
As I told before at medium- medium low temperature.
For me, like this were perfect.
Ok, this is the Mini-Doughnut ball that I fry when oil was really hot.
As you can see by outside looks like really golden brown, but by inside was not cook.
So, I recommend you to becareful and take care of the temperature.
So, the oil is not so hot and you can cook...
...each ball from 4-5 minutes.
