3 New Jimny's go Swimming at Groenkloof (2019) - Duration: 7:00.so we are here today at the Suzuki 4x4, little outing and it's a nice little
opportunity to meet up with some people from Instagram and have a little bit of
a fun day out, driving through some mud getting the car a little bit wet there
take some photos and yeah today's going to be really cool, after a quick team briefing we
decided to group up deflate our tires and hit the road, making our way through
the bush where all the fun would begin Blaine leading the pack through our first
set of obstacles and Dimitri bringing up the rear in true dramatic style get to
get the vehicles a little bit dirty and loosen them up for a good day out in the
Sun because weren't too challenging to begin with but enough to warm up for the
more hectic stuff
we entered a little Forest section snaking our way through the muddy
puddles and crawling over the rocks this is where we would face our second water
crossing and quite a deep one of that luckily the Suzuki Jimny has got plenty
of grip and made its way through without a problem
what was to come however would be a little bit more dramatic than what we
had experienced before with deep ditches dug up on multiple vehicles attempting
this obstacle and it becomes somewhat of a challenge
the slippery mud messing with the Jimny a little bit more than I feel
comfortable with
after a quick water level check we decided to try one of Groenkloof's most
challenging obstacles The Waterhod hole Blaine made it look easy in the
automatic however in the manual this might be a little bit more challenging
for me and if I get stuck there is no way I can get out amazingly the Jimny
makes it look easy posting through with plenty of grip on the riser so far I was
really impressed with all three of our vehicles making it through some pretty
tricky terrain so far with all the sharp rocks around we were bound to take a
little bit of damage from this next section even on this tricky terrain the
Jimny still manages to power up
so this whole 4x4 trail you would think that all the women would be talking but
in fact it's been the opposite you can't get these three men to shut up
with our Jimmy talk over we continue on
the next section of the trail would test our teamwork a bit with difficult
visibility and quite rough terrain a little bit of guidance was in order
we decided to make our way back to the picnic spot for a bit of lunch and a bit
of Jimny banter so how's that excess for math maybe I'd help all that good good
that some here is rocking a lot better does this about what you'll cause
capable but at the end of the day the Jimny climbs everything creepy-crawly, without a doubt
today as you can see there's some inspections going on here
Dimitri went in he didn't didn't slack on the mud department he made sure he
got proper coated we also looking pretty filthy at the moment
we're gonna do a little bit of a photo shoot we'll go back onto the trail now
that we've done and we know all the little obstacles and things so we'll do
a little bit of a photo shoot and yeah hopefully I can show you guys some some
cool pictures of these awesome three Jimny's today thanks for watching and
please remember to Like subscribe and comment down below get involved in the
community and I will see you again next time

BSB star Ray gets Suzuki MotoGP outing at Sepang - Duration: 1:31.Ray, 21, will get to ride a Suzuki GSX-RR for a handful of laps on the final day of the three-day Sepang shakedown on Sunday, alongside the Hamamatsu marque's regular test rider Sylvain Guintoli
The chance to sample grand prix machinery comes off the back of a strong season in BSB for Ray, who finished sixth in the points and scored back-to-back wins at the start of the year for the Hawk Suzuki squad
He also contested the Donington Park World Superbike round as a wildcard, finishing both races in the points (pictured below), and joined the Japanese Yoshimura Suzuki team for both the Suzuka 8 Hours and the final race of the All-Japan Superbike series at the same track at the end of the year
Ray will continue to race in BSB this year with Hawk, despite having been linked to a Moto2 switch in mid-2018
Last year, Suzuki gave MotoAmerica champion Toni Elias, Australian Superbike title winner Josh Waters and Isle of Man TT star Michael Dunlop outings on MotoGP machinery at Sepang
