Hey guys, Doug Caldwell - Sherwood Park Dodge. Today we were going to talk about the

2018 Jeep Compass now they were redesigned last year. 2017 came out mid 17

roughly around there this one here is the Trailhawk I picked it because it has the

most of option so I can show you gets the most features on it. Let's start here a

flame red 2.4 liter 9 speed transmission with automatic start/stop

so that gives you if you pull to a stop light all the operating temperatures are

correct it will shut off the vehicle save you a little fuel eventually you're

not going to notice the first couple times you drive it though it's

terrifying sometimes but Trailhawk so in genuine fashion of Jeep we've got the

tow hooks on the front you've got the better departure angles better

approach angles as well and a real time all wheel four-wheel drive as well so

take a look around you're gonna notice all these subtle features of the same

Trailhawks like the Grand Cherokees the Cherokees stuff like that they built

this one to be a baby Grand Cherokee so remember the old Compass wasn't that nice

didn't have like didn't stand up to the standards of what the Jeep was so that's

why they built this one so it comes with a ton of options I forgot the keyfob in

the car otherwise I would pop the hatch for you

so it's on the button it's got the remote start tow hook in the back as well

if you wanted to go 4x4, this one is one of those trail rated ones you'll see on

the side trail rated Jeep now let's take a look on the inside and

I'll show you a couple of things in there so when we jump inside you'll notice

there's a lot of light in here because it does have the panoramic sunroof as

well now seats all fold down for more storage

obviously easier makes it a little bit nicer in the back you're gonna get the

leather there's no heated seats in the back of

this one but I don't actually I don't even think that's an option in these but

full leather red stitching kind of goes along with the red colour of this car as

well will jump into the front and I'll show you few more things now I'm on the

passenger side but showing you guys on the driver's side because that's where

you're gonna be sitting you're gonna get all the things that you do like on this

vehicle so you're gonna get the 8.5 inch screen it's got the back up camera

you got the adaptive cruise control is available on them as well

normal cruise control and got a huge screen here to go over the entire

vehicle for you so then with like the Grand Cherokee this comes with the

Sirius XM so the Guardian so you can actually start from your

phone you can track the vehicle if you lose it you need navigation and then

like I was talking about earlier your four-wheel drives down here so you got four-wheel

lock, four wheel low you've got Rock, Sand, Auto, Mud everything that you're gonna need to

go around for playing in your little vehicle as well
