the BeoPlay E6 they're
supposed to be sporty in-ear earbuds
resist all that sweat you work up at the
gym but a couple of things to note here
they said that part of it is made from fabric that
they use with shoes. guessing is canvas
not sure but it's supposed to be easy to
clean that's the benefit. They also come with
a magnetic lock. you've probably seen
this before you put the earbuds around
your neck and they lock together but do
note the magnets also switch off the earphones
automatically which is a nice added
feature for your battery life. and
finally they mentioned that there's a
USB charging port on one side and
controls on the other and apparently you
can charge them while using them. not
exactly sure how that work can't really
imagine myself attaching a power bank to
it and running on a treadmill
so I'm gonna say it these were my
favorite speakers I like the sound they
were feature packed with Google
assistant integration Alexa on the way
and a proximity sensor for touch
navigation from any direction. it has
five microphones and B&O worked with
Google to enable routines on this.
the first thing that came to my mind we
don't have to buy Google Home speakers
anymore but then we looked at the price
this is not a speaker within everyone's
reach just for context you can buy for
Google home Max speakers for the price
of one Beo play 2 speaker I'm not
talking about Google home mini or
the regular Google Home. These are Google Home Maxes so... yeah.
and finally the showstopper was the Bang
& Olufsen BeoSound edge this is not your
average speaker and Bang & Olufsen did
not take any kind of regular speaker and
then bump it up with an upgrade. the
design is inspired by the British
one-pound coin and the speaker will
look great in your own it's the Riviera
Mansion
now the speaker sounds awesome and
there's no doubt about that
it'll also look great in your you know
100,000 square foot home with super
modern furnishings and that's who this
is for. At an eye-wateringly
astronomical three thousand two hundred
and fifty euros you're buying this for
just more than the functionality and
even if I had that kind of money...
...and you don't...
...the move to change volume is a bit
gimmicky and will lose its charm very soon.
you will probably end up using the app
or the remote and if you're expecting
all the features in the world at this
price point... for now the technology is
not like that that we can build it into
a source powerful speaker as the BeoSound
edge. ...you're wrong the edge at this point
does not support voice assistance so the
edge is like a piece of art you don't
bite first functionality you buy it for
the way it makes you feel and that's
what it is spending the money for that's
kind of how Bang & Olufsen started the
whole presentation as well about selling
experiences so this is an experience
three thousand two hundred fifty Euro
experience. Not your typical GroupOn.

This is the first question I asked myself when I decided to leave my full-time career and began my entrepreneurship journey
This month marked my first year anniversary of being an entrepreneur and it's been extremely rewarding and joyful experience for me

About two years ago summer of 2016. I was off the view that Brexit would take place
It would be a great time to buy real estate in the UK
it was a very long-term focused investment with a view of
With the Brexit the Sterling pound will come under pressure. The real real estate prices will come under pressure
It'll be a good time to put your money to work in the UK real estate market and in the long term
You'll make money both on the real estate and on the currency exchange
However, I found it very difficult to find any assets that I could afford
I'm a young professional working for the last 12 years have a decent amount of savings and yet I had trouble investing into real estate
the next obvious thing for me was to convince my family and friends to pool our
Capital together to be able to buy something in the UK, but I struggled to convince them with the same investment thesis
maybe my thesis was not as
As exciting for them than it was for me, but that's when the idea came
Why can I not find like-minded people where they can come together in a very organized structured manner and pool their capital to buy
Assets that are historically restricted to the wealthy and that is when the ideas start percolating and today
Smart Crowd is the cultivation of that idea
Throughout the world
the middle class is being wiped out a recent study conducted by Boston Consulting Group found out that the top 1% of
the world population owns 45 percent of the world's wealth
It also stated that the top 1% is growing their wealth twice as fast as the bottom
99% that is just not fair the people that need to make money most finding the most difficult to make money
It's because the wealthy have the ability
And access to opportunities that average person like you and me don't
Necessarily have people have very limited options
Especially in the market like this in UAE where we are
They have very few investment and savings options either people keep their money in the bank account
People remit their money back home or people get caught up in investment scams or very inefficient products
You know a recent survey conducted by HSBC found that 75% of the UAE
Population is extremely unhappy with their savings goal not because they don't save enough
It's because they don't know what to do with their savings
But also very interesting is the same survey finds that the most preferred form of savings
For people in living in UAE is investing in real estate yet
Most people don't have access to it due to large capital requirements for investing in real estate
This really helped me define the purpose of establishing smart crowd, you know
We want to give everyone an opportunity to unlock their wealth potential through smart investments. Our mission is very simple

it was very important for me to define this purpose before commencing my journey because if I had started
