Today I want to showcase our

2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross

First you're going to notice about the vehicle

is of course our very well known Dynamic Shield

which gives this vehicle that European flared edge

that everyone and car enthus are just looking for.

Beautiful design

sleek, absolutely fantastic

Walking around the vehicle

Next thing you'll notice is

they come equipped with 18inch two tone hyper finish alloy rims

they're actually for fuel efficiency as well

as a low rolling resistance

excellent rim

One more thing giving it that bit of a pop to the vehicle

Coming around the vehicle

your side markers for your signal lights

safety reasons, people can see what you're doing

all the way through

Dynamic design

sleek, pure coming down the back end

One thing I really enjoy about this

especially being in Alberta and Calgary

Nothing worse than your wipers freezing up

We've actually hidden the wiper

up under the fin

so it is completely protected

no worries about your wipers being streaked across

Another thing people have been on the fence about

this light bar on the back of the vehicle

I think it's actually great for the design of the vehicle

also adds a little more vision believe it or not

you have more vision below

and also on top

in the Crossover segment you'll notice a lot of vehicles

on the marketplace

it has that very squared in small look in the back

this actually gives you better visibility

and that light bar is also a great safety feature

people can see where you are at all times

you'll notice right here as well

Super All-Wheel Control

all of the Eclipse Cross' come with Super All-Wheel Control

which is very indicative of our Ralliart and our EVOs

and our higher end Outlander GTs

so it is nice to have that on all trim levels of this vehicle

This vehicle is literally flawless

It is a beautiful design

it's sleek

it's attractive

1.5 turbo engine

fun to drive

let's go for a drive inside

a few things you're going to notice right off the get go

with the Eclipse Cross

is the electronic entertainment center

I'm very excited that Mitsubishi has gone leaps and bonds

from the way they used to be with technology

Starting just down here

every Eclipse Cross comes with a stylist pad

this here will actually navigate your touchscreen on top

so you can touch it here or here

it's a very simple operation

one finger side to side

will go through and choosing what you want to have

two fingers up does your volume up

two fingers down does volume down

it is very, very slick

it also can be more of a safety feature

when you're driving

you have your hand down here

keep your eyes on the road

and have no worries about losing your control

sweeping up from there

of course it has a Super All-Wheel Control

your heated seats, which comes in all models of the

Mitsubishi brand for Eclipse Cross

and Outlander, RVRs

your two USB ports

This also comes equipped with Apple Android Carplay

One can charge your phone and one can do Apple Android Carplay

what I like about the Carplay

is that you can actually receive texts via voice

return texts via voice

and also utilize as your Google Maps

Navigation is a great thing to have in vehicles

but Navigation does tend to get outdated

Google updates I think every 7 or 10 minutes

always the freshest map for you

You have your climate control right here

which of course is very important

keep everyone nice and cool

One more thing you'll notice about it

it is very sleek in the interior

and it has a very nice cabin feel

I'm a pretty big guy over 6 feet tall

I have lots of leg room and arm room

beautiful for the drive

Doing a dash sweep over here

of course you have your cruise control

you have your audio controls and your Bluetooth

Everything is simple for you

In the GT model

we'll also have a pop-up display

which I'm going to show you at a later date

which again, will keep your eyes focused on the road

Alright let's go for a little drive here

One thing again, a lot of people have been asking for

in the Mitsubishi brands, bring back our Turbo engine

This has a 1.5L Turbo

which is 152 horsepower

great little pep on the road

and is very responsive when you're ready for it

Fuel economy of the vehicle

you average about 9.2L per 100

but once again, that is utilizing the average of all your drive settings

If you're mostly in the front wheel drive

when it's a nice, beautiful Spring day like today

of course your fuel economy will be stronger

One more thing that I absolutely love about the

Eclipse Cross

is just the interior styling

It gives you all the comforts you want to have in a car

with a bit of flash as well
