Set your Priorities & Work Smart | Earn With Anish - Duration: 3:31.

Hi everyone! the thing we will discuss today is simple. All of us have them and

its priorities. Each and every one of us obviously has 24 hours in a day no more

no less but even within these 24 hours some people seem to accomplish a lot

more than others and some of us regardless of all the hard work we do

diligently feel like we are left behind at the end of each day we end up feeling

like regardless of all the hard work we didn't accomplish that much. That might

be because we are working constantly but not spending as much time working on

things that actually produce results. In other words we are not prioritizing. Of-

course priorities are different based on who you are for me for instance as a

business owner and as an SEO consultant my priorities revolved around things that

I need to do to make sure my business runs smoothly. Not setting my priorities

every day hurts my business. For example on my to-do list every day I set aside

some time to research new developments in SEO market and understanding how I

can embrace all these developments in my business to stay at the top of my SEO

game and if I don't do this I'll be left behind. So among all my priorities so

aong my priorities is networking too I have to make sure I make new connections

every day with people with whom I can collaborate to make my business to take

my business to the next level but I luckily i but i allocate just enough

time that each task takes requires to produce optimum results through spending

and how to write an email might mean that I craft the perfect email but will

that but will that perfect email produce results that are significantly different

from an email that took me 15 minutes or half an hour? if not I'll spend remaining

45 minutes doing something that will surely

produce results. I'm not saying that you should settle for the medio city and all

I'm saying is that you should have to set your priorities and allocate your

time based on how important each of these tasks are to help you realize your

vision if you are someone who is looking to make money online you need to

understand that activities now you need to understand what activities will

ensure your long-term success rather than being money oriented from the

get-go focus on creating a brand who services people would love to

pay for. When his full focus is on generating sales from the start more

important things that require your attention now like creating brand

awareness, generating traffic to your blog or earning goodwill will fall by

the wayside that no matter how hard you try and send

you product or services without any brand awareness is gonna be impossible

to do so. Understand what your long term goal is and figure out how

each task you do every day can help you achieve that goal and prioritize

accordingly. Look at the big picture, be result-oriented.

Don't work hard, work smart. I get it, it's a cliche but that's

because it's true by prioritizing you can focus on getting

tasks done that will affect your long-term success. Set priorities street

and join our Facebook group now to stay motivated. See you!

STAYING IN A $1400 HOTEL ROOM | TOKYO, NOTO, KANAZAWA | Smart Travels - Duration: 11:21.

TheSmartLocal.com

Hi guys!

Okay, so we're at the airport right now.

Yup, and ANA is sending us on a journey by design to Japan.

So, ANA actually flies to over 40 destinations within Japan

so we're going to Tokyo, Noto and Kanazawa.

And to top it all off,

we are flying Business Class,

so let's check it out!

Okay, so we just got shown to our seats,

and there's so much legroom.

It's like my first time in Business Class lah.

There's even a shoerack eh.

Huh?

Yeah, look.

I saw the uncle do it eh.

Look at this.

So we literally just had lunch an hour ago,

and Steph is eating ramen now.

Ippudo ramen!

It's actually from Ippudo.

Okay lah, no choice, must order.

Okay, 7 am in the morning, day 2!

And we just checked out.

We're going to fly off to Noto in just a bit.

We saw Mount Fuji, over there.

Okay, so we just touched down in Noto,

and the weather is... quite amazing. So cold!

It's in the middle of the afternoon but it's like 9 degrees,

and there's snow!

Here, we see Steph

trying to take Tumblr-like photos.

So we just arrived at the sake brewery.

The smell of this place is intense.

They're ready to bring us on a tour.

This is actually sake kasu,

leftover cakey substance from the sake making process.

They use it in desserts, miso soup, things like that

so none of it goes to wastage,

and you can eat it on its own.

We use a (special) rice to make this.

Wow, it smells so good!

No swimming.

Wow, it's so good!

Okay so right now, we are at the Senmaida rice fields.

It's made up of 1004 different rice fields

all hand sown.

So in winter, it's actually covered in snow,

and at night, it'll be lit up with thousands of LED lights.

It is the most instagrammable rice field sia.

Haha, yeah.

Okay so right now, we're at the Chirihama Beach Drive.

We're parked right next to the water.

Ya, and it's actually 8 kilometres long.

It's the only beach in Japan where you can actually drive on.

We're just in time for the sunset.

Okay, it's day 3,

we have just checked out (and) ate breakfast.

It's raining, super cold.

We're at our first stop now.

We're going to be chopping firewood and making pizza.

This Shiitake mushroom is called note temari.

We're now in the mushroom field

plucking our own Shiitake mushrooms for the pizza.

Steph is going crazy.

It's so pretty! She has already taken two.

Oh my god.

It's super juicy.

Do you think you are good or not?

You're on!

This is what a pizza will look like

if you ask a three year old to make a pizza.

Impressive pizza.

Yeah. It is.

It's like 3D.

Right now, we're at Omicho market,

and this place has over 200 shops.

And they specialise in seafood!

Welcome to Kanazawa!

Thank you!

Oh, it's so good!

$8 for 1?

Okay, come, another batch!

Okay, so we actually just walked into this random shop.

The scallop is actually aburi.

It was alive before we ordered it.

It's about SGD $9.

Okay come, let's try.

All the scallop juices mixed with the butter and all that,

it tastes like popcorn flavoured scallop.

Wow, you have to come here to try this.

Bye!

We're at Sekitei at Kanazawa.

We're going to have dinner,

and we just found out that

they actually arranged for a private Geisha performance for us.

It's actually super uncommon because it's so expensive.

Yeah, and it's the most expensive thing on our itinerary already.

At first I was quite intimidated. Yeah, same.

Basically, she went to Singapore before twice.

We asked her what's her favourite part about Singapore,

and she said... Takashimaya.

Takashimaya?

She asked me what's the best sushi in Singapore,

and I said Genki.

(To Genki) I just told a Geisha you are the best sushi in Singapore.

So they've just finished performing and

now it's our turn to try it out.

We're actually having dinner with the Geishas now,

and they asked us to play a game.

So now we're playing 5, 10 with the Geishas.

See you!

Okay, day 4,

we're at the airport, again.

So we're going to Tokyo.

It's about an one hour flight,

and we actually managed to get the window seat,

so hopefully we get good views of Mount Fuji on the way.

We have a free evening now,

and we did a quick Instagram poll.

You guys voted for Shibuya,

so we're here at Gyukatsu Motomura

to eat deep-fried steak.

Charles, thanks for the suggestion.

This was actually a suggestion from charles_kumiawan.

Good morning!

Thanks to a friend's suggestion from kennee10

today we're here at Akihabara

to do Mario Kart!

I'm here to do Mario Kart because somebody has no license.

I have! I have an Australian license but I'm filming this so he's going to do it.

Are you excited?

I'm very nervous.

Hi everybody, put your

Okay, so we're taking a break now.

I thought we were done.

It's super cold.

But like wow.

I would say that this is the best way to really see Tokyo.

Way better than taking a cab or anything like that.

Drive yourself.

We're actually going to be checking in to our next hotel.

This hotel is on a different level from all the other hotels we've been staying in.

We're in Hoshinoya hotel.

This is actually a six star hotel.

A night here is crazy expensive but

I can see why lah.

It's really super nice.

Okay, room tour!

So first of all, when you come in

you'll straight away see that the entire room has a Muji vibe

except way more atas and premium.

Over here, ANA has left us a very nice souvenir,

as well as a customised map

of our itinerary during this trip.

Here, they don't have a mini bar,

because there's a common lounge with free flow snacks and drinks.

And of course, because all Singaporeans

always care the most about hotel room toilets,

this toilet is next level.

My favourite part of this whole room

is that what looks like a mirror,

is actually a TV.

I want my house to look like this next time.

Okay, so right now we're on a boat.

Essentially, they've arranged for us to do a boat tour around Tokyo Bay.

We're going to be soaking up the sights,

and we're having dinner onboard the boat as well.

And also, there's live tuna filleting,

as well as sushi making.

Okay! Huh?

Shortest lesson I've ever had.

What? Did he even say anything? All I did was spray my hands with plain water.

Okay!

Yes! Very good!

Okay, okay, okay!

So Steph made this.

Doesn't matter. No, I thought it was water. She put a crap ton of vinegar on it.

You tell me if it's nice or not.

It's the gloves lah, need the water.

Yeah, you must spam the water.

Yeah, precisely.

Oh! Am I not supposed to do that?

You know it's vinegar right?

Ah? It's illegal?

It's vinegar!

Oh vinegar...

Okay! Good job!

We're at the ANA lounge now,

waiting for our flight bound to head home.

Just a shoutout again to ANA for the past week in Japan,

for inviting us on their journey by design.

So the next time you want to come to Japan, fly ANA.

And also, we want to thank you guys

for leaving your suggestions on what we should do,

as well as participating in all of our daily polls.

So if you have any other suggestions on where we should go next,

remember to leave it down in the comment box below.

And if you like this video, you can watch our other videos over there,

and don't forget to like, share and subscribe as well.

How do migratory birds find their way? | Smart Learning for All - Duration: 1:26.

Smart Learning for All

How do migratory birds find their way?

With the help of GPS.

No.

Every year, many migratory birds fly thousands of kilometers to find food, to avoid extreme weather, etc.

But researchers don't know how these birds find their way and travel to the same location year after year.

However, an observation suggests that migratory birds can detect the earth's magnetic field lines.

That appear to emerge from south pole and merge into north pole.

When migratory birds have to travel from north to south or vice versa.

They align themselves with the magnetic field lines and travel to their location.

Along with this.

Migratory birds may also find their way by creating a mental map of their route using mountains, rivers, etc.

Besides this, it is also believed that migratory birds use the location of the sun.

Stars to find their way and reach the same location.

BEST PRACTICE | T-Systems Builds Smart Factory with Magna Steyr. - Duration: 3:38.

Magna is one of the world's largest automotive suppliers and contract manufacturers. In order to remain competitive Magna ...

... is constantly optimising its vehicle production in Graz. Christoph Krammer is in charge of technology control, overall vehicle production, ...

... and his vision is that of production in a Smart Factory. Driverless transport systems play a small but important part in this process.

The Smart Factory vision is, effectively, to boost flexibility. For the driverless transport system this means, for one, that ...

... we want to transport material with it. For another, we want to transport machines, such as production robots. In the final stage we also aim ...

... to transport the product in order not, as usual, to have a classical production line but to reduce part ...

... of it by transporting boxes with the product individually – such as for configurations with which not every vehicle is equipped.

Using driverless transport systems, or DTSs, is nothing new in manufacturing. But Magna is aiming for a new kind of DTS that transports vehicle parts ...

... to the respective production station automatically.

Driverless transport systems have been around for decades. They usually run on tracks, such as magnetic rails ...

... that are built into the floor. What makes ours different is that we use the map of the digital factory – our factory's 3D data – and ...

... the driverless transport system scans the surroundings with its sensors. Superimposing these two maps, it determines its position freely in the factory.

That being a benefit Magna aims to use to make production more flexible:

The advantage of free navigation is that you can specify the starting and finishing time in the software and the driverless ...

... transport system calculates the way to get there itself. That enables you to change routes and orders very fast.

If driverless transport systems are to be important components of flexible production there must be no unscheduled system failures. That is why ...

... Christoph Krammer wants to fit them out with sensor boxes that collect the DTS's technical status data. To do that he has launched a pilot project with T-Systems.

The aim of collecting this data is, for one, to go in for predictive maintenance, recognising status and deciding, for example, when a service is due.

For another, we aim to be aware of stresses and thereby, for example, to be able to set endurance runs to test the DTS.

Michael Böhm, in charge of operational business with Magna since 2002, sees in the Internet of Things solution ...

... further potential for the global company.

The special solution that we are providing consists more or less of several components. One is connectivity, or how data ...

... is sent to the Cloud. The other is data processing by our systems in the Cloud and data evaluation for further processing.

And there is to be more than a pilot project with Magna.

Next year we plan to identify further projects, further use cases. Next year we aim quite clearly to position ourselves as a partner, a link between IT and business.

That means using for business the exact technologies that are needed in in order to continue to be the biggest.
