Hello, We have here a feiyu tech MG V2

with a sony alpha 7

and a 35 mm lens

so this is a basic configuration

We will try now to turn on the gimbal

Okay it is ON with the mode 1

The camera is correctly balanced as described in the instructions

This motor (tilting) seems works fine, we can feel a force in this motor

But you can see when you click on the joystick to turn the pan or the tilt nothing happened

here the motor move freely

The rolling motor is free too only the tilt seems works fine

so we will try to connect the gimbal with the application

And now we will go in the motors settings

It's fail, we will retry again

Fail again- so it's seems we have a serious failure with the gimbal

just after unbox it from the package
