Mini Noodle Burger Recipe | Recipes by Carina - Duration: 5:56.

I'm sharing with how to make these mini burgers, but instead of traditional buns we're

using Maggi 2 minute noodles.

When I saw these adorable mini cups, I was inspired to make my own mini recipe.

To get started we're going to make the noodle buns for the burgers.

Fill a saucepan or pan with about 3 cups of water and bring it to the boil over a high

heat.

Open two packets of Maggi 2 minute noodles, reserving the flavour sachets as we'll use

those soon.

Let me know in the comments below if you've ever used noodles to make burger buns or any

other type of recipe.

They are so versatile and there is so much more you can do with them other than the perfect

snack.

When the water is boiling add the noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

After about a minute or so when the noodles have softened add the flavour sachets by tearing

them open and sprinkling the contents into the water.

Use tongs to toss the noodles around until the flavour has dissolved.

After the two minutes is up and the noodles are cooked drain them using a sieve and leave

to sit for few minutes to cool.

Make sure you use a sieve or colander here as we need to remove as much of the moisture

as possible for this to work.

If they are still wet when we shape them they're more likely to fall apart.

Line a baking sheet or any flat tray with non-stick paper and pour the drained noodles

over the top.

Using a spoon, spread the noodles out into a thin even layer, about 2 centimetres thick.

It doesn't need to be a perfect square or circle as we will be cutting out the buns,

just make sure it's of an even thickness.

Cover the noodles with plastic wrap, and use your hands to compress the noodles down so

they stick to each other.

Place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to set.

While the noodles are setting up get started on making the burger patties.

For this we'll need 500g of beef mince, or alternatively you can use lamb, pork, or

chicken if you would prefer.

Add the minced meat to a medium sized bowl.

For flavouring the patties we're using Maggi best ever burgers recipe base.

There's no need to add egg, breadcrumbs, seasonings or flavourings here as the recipe

base has everything you need.

Using a wooden spoon mix to combine.

This recipe is going to make about 8 mini burgers but if you would like to make standard

sized burgers just shape the meat into 4 patties instead of 8.

Use the wooden spoon to score out sections so you can easily divide the mixture evenly

and shape into the 8 mini patties using your hands.

Set the meat to the side while we make the noodle buns.

At this point your noodles should be set, remove them from the fridge and peel off the

plastic wrap.

Using some type of round cutter that is a similar size to your burger patties - I'm

using a glass - cut out burger buns and place them on a plate.

They should stick to the glass but be quite careful here as this is a delicate process.

Continue until you have cut out as many buns as you can, you'll need about 16 but it

does depend on how big your cutter is.

Add a few teaspoons of oil to a low sided frypan and add your noodle buns.

Cook over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes before flipping.

Be very delicate when you do flip these buns so they don't fall apart.

They'll stick perfectly together once they've been cooked but before then you have to be

careful.

The buns will need to be cooked in batches so if you want them to keep warm just stick

them in the oven.

When your noodle buns are all cooked, use the same pan to cook for burger patties.

There's no need to add any more oil to the pan, just place the patties in the frypan

and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes each side.

Flip them over to cook on the other side and top each burger patties with a slice of cheese

so it melts down the side.

Now comes the fun part, assembling the burgers.

Place a noodle bun on a plate and top with some lettuce, add a burger patties with melted

cheese on top, your favourite burger sauce, and finally the top noodle bun.

Use a tooth pick in the centre to hold the burger together and they are ready to serve.

These make the best finger food.

Drain the noodles using a sieve, you want to remove as much moisture as possible and

leave for a few minutes to drain and cool.

Line a baking sheet with no stick paper and pour the drained noodles over the top.

Use a spoon to spread the noodles in a thin even layer, about a few centermiters thick.

Cover with plastic wrap and press the noodles down with your hands to compress so they will

stick together.

Place in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.

While the noodles are in the fridge get started on making the burgers.

In a medium sized mixing bowl add 500g of minced beef along with one packet of maggi

best ever burger base.

Using this theres no need to add eggs, salt, pepper, or flavouring as the packet does everything.

Use a wooden spoon and mix until evenly combined.

Mark out the beef and roll into 8 even burgers, pressing down with your hands.

At this point your noodles should be cooled and set.

Remove them from the fridge and using some sort or circle cutter - I've got a glass

- Cut out circles from the noodles and place on a plate.

My name is Cedric, I am 25 years old. I've been producing for 10 years now, mainly Hardstyle.

I chose Hardstyle because I like its unique sounds

There are complicated sounds, a lot of sound design and stuff

and that's what I like and continue to do.

When I switched from duo to solo,

I had no idea for a name, I didn't know how to begin and what to do.

I needed help so I asked the B2S manager «what can we do?»

We did kind of a brainstorm and he gave me a list.

There was «Brutality» in it,

and that name was also an idea from E-Force

The B2S manager asked E-Force: «I have a new project»

«Do you have an idea for a name?» and he said «Brutality»

so he put it in the list and that's the one I chose.

and few years later, I was a part of his first album and it was really cool

and that's how Brutality was born

I thought it fit my personality, my way of thinking, etc...

So we kept this name and we started to work on the project

for social medias and stuff... and I have no regret.

My first release was on Q-DANCE NEXT, a Q-DANCE sub label.

It was cool to release it on that one because it's a plateform

which is made for new projects and for upcoming talents,

and it was the perfect place, the track was: «THIS IS WAR»

I didn't know what do to exactly

I didn't know if I wanted to go for Raw or Euphoric

but I thought it was just in between and I said: «I will keep this style»

of course with my own touch

and the result was pretty cool

to see all the reactions on socials.

EMF last year was really sick!

Honestly, when they contacted me,

I was like, it's a true challenge

because they told me «Hardstyle in the south of France» and it was kinda strange to me.

I was like: "What the ..."

I believed them 80% but I had doubts like 20% as an artist

will it work?

They worked really hard on that project,

If it didn't work, I would have been sad for them.

But it was a successful challenge, it was full packed

it was also "WOW" on socials

«Hardstyle at ELECTROBEACH, number one electronic music festival»

David Guetta on the main stage, that was amazing

It worked, it was crazy,

it was a huge first experience

I played there last week-end,

today we are the 19th of July and it was really sick!

Last year I played pretty early, second artist

I played from 6:00PM to 8:00PM

and this year I did the closing

I can tell you closing down the stage was huge

there was an atmosphere

It was also a true challenge for me

because I was wondering if I had to change my set a little bit,

Should I go harder?

Should I finish with Hardcore?

And at the end, I just stayed myself

I played a little bit harder than usual but I stayed myself and everything went ok

and thanks again to everyone, that was really cool!

DOMINATOR, I've been waiting for that festival for a long time now

I didn't expect it

I can't wait to play there. A lot of people are waiting for it and it makes me happy

It will take place on the 21 of July

and the funny thing is that it's my first gig with Q-DANCE and ART OF DANCE

and a lot of people think I play a lot in Holland

but at the moment, that's not the case.

I played in Belgium, France. I mean I already played in Holland 3 times at LOUDNESS some years ago

but DOMINATOR is a festival which is important to me

and I'm really proud to be a part of the line up and it will be sick for sure!

PARTY ROCKER, THE MINI ALBUM it's a long time project

when I started producing, I always wanted to do an album.

It was a true challenge for me, I didn't know how people would react on socials

I was like: «Is it too soon in my career?»

And then I was like: «Let's do it and let's see what happens.»

I took the risk, I announced the artwork, I put everything on socials and the response was really cool

It was almost like a big name which would announced it

I was honored

and you're producing so many tracks you don't even know which track you wanna put in it

I had a lot of tracks

I was like: «HUH» should I go for...

6 tracks, only solo music

maybe 1 or 2 collabs

but I had to do it,

I put everything on socials

now let's see how will people react after the release on download portals,

I can't wait!

It's a great opportunity

to express everything I want.

I can produce experimental music,

or I can go more melodic

and at the end I stay free to do what I like

you have more freedom in a mini-album

than you have with a solo track or an EP.

That's just my opinion. Curious if people are thinking the same...

It's a nice experience, I can't wait for it to be released!

Inspiration is a really wide subject...

I think that people have different inspirations

many people will say...

For example a painter will hang out in a parc,

he will be inspired by something he will see...

A musician can be inspired by everything in my opinion.

My inspiration is my family, my daily life,

things I see in my life... That's definitely a wide subject.

In music, my inspirations are...

The first name I would give is DJ SNAKE

I have to much respect for him, he is like a model to me,

and for so many people who are listening to his music

because he has an incredible story! It took 14 years for him to get into the music industry!

Respect! That's just sick!

There also other artists like...

DILLON FRANCIS, DIPLO...

But if we talk about Hardstyle

I would say: «NOISECONSTROLLERS, HEADHUNTERZ, WILDSTYLEZ...»

For me, they are on top, they are the best ones!

TECHNO PARADE was a huge challenge (AGAIN)

because last year, at TECHNO PARADE

our friends Hardpulz hosted their own stage

It was incredible, no one could expect it...

When I was there, I said: «Wow guys, you really did it!»

I was looking around me and I said: «Respect!»

This time, we are doing it again together

and this time, I have the opportunity to push my artists, I'm really excited

It will be a sick experience again for sure

and I have a lot of respect for Hardpulz

They are 3 guys, less than 30 years old

They invest a lot of time, energy, their own money

Everyone starts to have huge respect for them

and I think we will have a lot of projects with them,

and I can't wait,

as Brutality but also as Mandala

I think there is a huge future for Hardpulz in France!
