Ann: My name is Ann, and I am a managing director
in Finance and Business Management at J.P.Morgan.
As the Senior Country Business Manager, we oversee finance,
operations, technology, and all these different functions,
and just to make sure that on a day to day basis,
these areas run smoothly.
We spend quite a bit of our time just making sure that
businesses are supported, issues get resolved,
and it's a different problem every day.
The strategic initiatives that we're working on today
that helps to build the business for the future,
whether it's to make sure that we have the full set
of licenses, or a strategic initiative focused on a client,
or it's to work with a line of business to make sure that
the priorities are implemented.
So these strategic projects happen very frequently,
and that's really the part of the job that I really enjoy.
